you mean like the example below this is possible as we have managed to get multi room reservations grouped it all depends on how the reservations are sent if you check under origin on the reservation you should see some reservation numbers they could all be the same or different depending on the channel to give a very simple example of our setup see below origin ibe 0123 1234 5678 1 0123 in this case would be the group id 1234 would be the channel travel agency confirmation number 5678 would be the unique reservation number crs confirmation number the 1 means reservation 1 of x for reservations to be grouped they need to share the same group id which in this example is 0123 so reservation 1 would look like this origin ibe 0123 1234 5678 1 reservation 2 would look like this hmm ok for example if someone books on best westerns website 2 rooms they get crs 58155 02 0 and 58155 01 0 we want these 2 rooms to be merged into a group and the same for booking com reservations example if someone books on best westerns website 2 rooms they get crs 58155 02 0 and 58155 01 0 we want these 2 rooms to be merged into a group and the same for booking com reservations where someone books multiple rooms they are grouped on booking com extranet we want them grouped in mews aswell what you are trying to achieve is possible but as mentioned it depends on how the reservations are sent from your crs if you speak with bwh they might be able to include a group id that matches all multi room reservations the numbers before the colon for example 58155 58155 01 58155 58155 02 the only reservations we are unable to group automatically are expedia reservations due to the way they are created reservations from other otas and our brand website are grouped as expected best regards crs chm som används men det vi upptäckte när vi undersökte detta är att det som står före kolon används för att gruppera reservationerna i vårt fall var det vi som tog fram förslaget till vår crs leverantör och därefter gjorde de ändringen i hur reservationerna skickas in det var en process men vi kom till slut fram till det resultat vi ville uppnå bwh bör rimligtvis kunna implementera en liknande logik i sitt crs det ser ut som att bwh skickar reservationerna utan någon gemensam identifierare för multiroom bokningar t ex bokning 1 bwh best western crs 123456789 01 0 bokning 2 bwh best western crs 987654321 01 0 som ni ser finns det ingen gemensam nämnare som gör att bokningarna kan grupperas ihop för att det ska fungera behöver reservationerna istället skickas in med en gemensam identifierare före kolon exempelvis ett av bokningsnumren bokning 1 bwh best western crs 123456789 123456789 01 0 bokning 2 bwh best western crs 123456789 987654321 01 0 då kan systemet förstå att reservationerna hör ihop värt att tänka på är också att vid om eller avbokning ska ändringen skickas mot själva bokningsnumret markerat i grönt och inte gruppnumret rött best regards robin like ask
