dstock i did not plan the colors i just picked out some scraps and started die cutting adhere all the pieces together using liquid glue don t worry about how the colors go because as you can see you can mix and match most colors and they just look fun i might add that the block print glider fish is very easy to piece together create a card a2 size on white cardstock cut a a2 panel on white cardstock and ink blend three colors i went more with the traditional colors of the sea pick colors that you love to ink blend together i used oxide inks so i am going to sprinkle a little water if you use this technique make sure to let your panel dry completely before adhering it to your card base once dry adhere to card base add some foam tape to the back of our cute block print glider fish and add them to the right side of the card try and leave an even amount of space between them adhere some small white sequins in front of each fish gives the appearance of bubbles stamp the sentiment from the elegant birthday sentiments clear stamp on one of the colors of cardstock you used on the fish using black ink and die cut using the coordinating dies add foam tape to the back and adhere to labels birch press design wednesday april 1 2026 poppystamps challenge guest designer yay look who guest designing this month at poppystamps time to create a card and the theme this month is add mixed media textures or layers to your card head on over to the poppystamps blog here and enter your card i added crafter s companion gliding flakes to my card for my texture create card from white cardstock a2 size die cut the poppystamps diamond oval pinpoint background on teal cardstock and adhere to your card base using liquid glue die cut the poppystamps nordic belle butterfly and nordic crown flower on colored and white cardstock and assemble the pieces to create these beauties before you add your nordic crown flower add some cc liquid glue to the leaves and let dry until sticky and then add the cc gliding flakes add some foam tape to the back of the nordic crown flower an adhere it to the card add foam tape to the back of the nordic belle butterfly s and add them to the card to finish we are going to add some of that cc liquid glue along the edges of the background here and there let dry until sticky and add the cc gliding flakes a simple card with a little hint of gold so topflight stamps tuesday january 6 2026 sweet angel happy tuesday everyone i am slowly starting to post on my blog again i had meant to post more since the last post but i have been fighting a terrible cold it will just not go away im soooo over it i am still coughing which is such a drag but today i have managed to create this card i have found a new love for poppy stamps they make the cutes dies and the nordic collection i have to say is the sweetest i only have a few and hope to grow my collection so let s get started shall we i am keeping it simple just because it is all about that sweet image create card from white cardstock a2 size cut an a2 panel on green cardstock and adhere it to the card base using liquid glue die cut a fun lace background pattern on vellum and adhere to the card using foam tape for dimension die cut a 3 1 2 inch circle on black and white paper and adhere to the center of the card also using foam tape die cut all the pieces of the poppy stamps nordic sweet angel on colored cardstock i am always a pink and orange kind of gal so i went with that color combo choose colors that make you happy it will look amazing i am sure adhere all the pieces together to create this lovely angel using liquid glue add foam tape to the back of the angel and adhere to the center of the card you are done that is all for today i am off to make some more tea to flower crafts sunday december 28 2025 love you more happy hello blog friends wow it has been a while since i have posted on my blog i am so sorry if you are one of my blog followers i got lazy and just started posting on instagram and fb only you know i have been crafting for many years and i think i just needed a break from writing long post what have i been up to well in november my husband i took my mom on a seven day cruise to mexico my grandparents came from mexico and it was always something that my mom had wanted to do so we took her in december we took my husband s mother to the caribbean both cruises were fun it was a one time thing so we created some extra memories with them lots of eating and i might still be working on that lol got home from the cruise in dec right before christmas and well my husband and i caught a bug we are still trying to get better it is just flu season and i know we do not have the flu but we have something ready for it to be done hands up if you
