taught how to cook and clean reach the age of 18 being unable to read write or count and this alone is not considered neglect that 18yo should they even have the knowledge that suing exists has no legal grounds to sue their parents for denying them an education in over 40 us states a convicted child abuser can homeschool their children so someone who has done time for child abuse and somehow regains access to their child ren can decide upon returning home that they want to homeschool their kids those children are now locked in a home with their abuser where nobody can see them there are no welfare checks there are no routine assessments there aren t even databases state or federal keeping track of how many homeschooled kids there actually are meaning a child can be locked in their home for their entire life with their convicted abuser learn absolutely nothing never go to the doctor and so long as that child is fed clothed and the abuse isn t physical or sexual that child has colour rather than the rendering we have a few problems when it comes to picking the proper skin colour let s learn how to choose the colours without having to resort to colour picking not that colour picking is necessarily bad but being able to confidently pick from the colour wheel will help you accelerate your drawing process brown is dark orange firstly we need to go over the fact that the colour orange is basically light brown or vice versa the colour brown is dark orange of course this colour i m not the biggest fan of because i think its too saturated which is why the next steps are important to know everything about skin you are going to get from manipulating the colour orange the hue saturation and luminosity hue the hue of the orange is how you are going to get your undertone of the skin colour i like to choose in between pinkish neutral and olive each of them is basically a different hue of orange the most important part to know is that you need to stay within the orange you can move towards the red to get a neutral tone or move towards the yellow to get an olive tone but do not separate these colours from the orange orange is your best friend the following images shows the acceptable extreme vs not acceptable saturation now when you bring saturation in there you get a whole new range of tones as well here is where you can really talk about cool and warm tones because the less saturated your orange is the cooler the brown will be and the more saturated the warmer your brown will be however this is where people also get careless because they focus so much on not having a desaturated brown that they end up making to way too saturated and now we just have a dark orange instead of the brown that you are looking for the following images shows the acceptable extreme vs not acceptable luminosity lastly luminosity is important for how light or dark you want this character to be when it comes to how dark or light you want your character to be always remember that no one is pitch black but there are people with very very very dark skin tones so luminosity allows you to push the boundaries a little more than saturation and hue if you want them to be lighter you just have to go the other side just always note that when a black person is extremely white in most cases they have albinism but there are full black people who can have very light skin tones as
