statement of agreement i am a child of god holy and beloved for i am convinced that neither death nor life nor angels nor demons neither the present nor the future nor any powers neither height nor depth nor anything in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of god that is in christ jesus our lord here are my intentions for 2021 after the dumpster fire of 2020 you ll notice i ve pared down my intentions for 2021 and i intend to hold them loosely physical health eat real food eat more vegetables i m trying it s hard in the winter but i ve given up hoping for fresh green beans and decided frozen are okay for now be sure to get 25 grams of fiber every day check notice and report any unexpected physical changes rashes bumps etc to my doctor after a trip to the dermatologist january 30 2021 by abbiewatters reply pick your battles you don t have to show up to every argument you re invited to mandy hale 1 it was 43 deg with wet streets when i got up it made it to 48 deg under cloudy skies the rain held off until evening 2 i finally hit the 48 hours mark since the surgery on my chin and i was allowed to change the bandage very minimal bleeding or oozing if it continues healing like this there won t be any scar to speak of knock on wood and i can have a shower 3 2 son and 1 granddaughter came to see us bringing ango with them they did some little jobs too high for me too much for big al it was great to see them they even talked al into walking up to the gazebo with them snoqualmie pass was clear this morning when they came over it and the weather gurus direction and clarity meaning and reassurance anonymous 1 it was 41 deg with drizzle when i got up it continued like that all day alternating drizzle and mist and 45 deg 2 i was up showered and dressed early this morning to go to the plastic surgeon for mohs surgery on a place on my chin it didn t take as long as i was afraid it would less than three hours from walking in the door to walking out the bandage on my chin is from the surgery and the place on my other cheek is from the peel for the squamous cell carciinoma 3 i picked up mcdonalds big macs for al on my way home and i got kfc i probably should have gotten pho because i bit my lip pretty severely where it was still numbed from the anesthetic for my chin 4 i didn t get home in time for my time at the wellness center but i mckibben 1 it was 29 deg and foggy when i got up with black ice warnings i m grateful i didn t have to go out at all this morning the sun came out about noon and the afternoon was pretty nice with temps in the mid 40s 2 i overslept this morning not that i had anywhere to go or anything to do usually my eyes fly open between 6 15 and 6 45 this morning i turned over and looked at the clock at 7 25 i ve felt a little discombobulated all day long because of it 3 lunch was pretty standard i had a ham sandwich and big al had his leftover pasta in the days pre covid we would eat lunch dinner out
