كوله بار خویش می گشایم پر توانم پر تلاش همه ذرات وجودم شوق است باز هم برآنم تا آیینی كهن از نو برپا كنم چون طبیعت حیاتی دوباره تولدی دیگر دارم خستگی ره غبار از تن می زدایم شادمانم روی به گلاب و خانه و هر آنچه باشد به آب زلال می شویم چشم دل بر نعمت های الهی می گشایم چون گیاه سر از خاك بر می دارم نماز می گزارم سالهاست در نوروز هر آنچه هست می شویم جامه ای ساده می دوزم خوراكی مطبوع می پزم غبار می زدایم خانه می آرایم سفره می چینم سبزه می رویانم دستانم از زر خالی است اما از مهر و صفا سرشار است و سالهاست با همین دست ها آیین دوره باستان نگه داشته ام سفره هفت سین را می گسترانم ماهی سرخ كوچكی در تنگ آب
