quality content is over stimulation caused by device use the individual always being plugged in not in that way perverts low quality content manufactured unnatural content repetitively pushed at the person without any need for the person to think this causes brain rot the brain is likened to a muscle the more you exercise your brain and feed it high quality brain food the better your brain will
