step forward in expanding access to higher education for all massachusetts residents by launching the new massachusetts application for state financial aid masfa the department of higher education released the form on their website today which will allow currently enrolled undocumented college students in massachusetts to apply for state need based financial aid for the first time students can access the application at mass edu masfa more view press release preliminary data show first rebound in undergraduate enrollment in nearly a decade after nine years of undergraduate enrollment declines first brought on by anticipated population and demographic changes in the state and then exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 the massachusetts public higher education system is
