all en fun skip to main skip to sidebar all en fun just a fun way to keep up on us allens thursday may 14 2009 maui vacation welcome to maui pictures are worth a 1 000 words so here you go a friend of my brother s let him use thier time share for a week and we were lucky he invited us to come who could say no to maui so jeff taison makai and i went for the week and my friend emberly came for a couple days then island hoped to oahu for a couple days then came back we all had a lot of fun i love my husband i think he s half monkey if you can read the sign it says this is it this is the only store for miles and miles so stock up cause you wont get another chance doesn t really look like a store huh these trees are so big its crazy starting the hikes even though makai would have loved to walk the whole way this didn t last long we started the hikes kinda late in the day so we were rushing to get to see it all the seven sacred pools this was the dry season so the water wasn t flowing like normal but it was still really cool to see we really want to go back and see it when its not the dry season waimoku falls makai was impressed he kept looking up and all around taison then jeff standing under the falls so amazing we d go back just for this emberly then jeff standing in a little cave by the falls again this is the dry season or else the falls would have been even more amazing if that s even possible tell me this doesn t look like a body it was just laying off to the side of the trail anyways no worries it was just a tarp rolled up the boys checked it out then made fun of us for evening thinking it could be a body i love his smile silly faces kisses for mommy throwing rocks he could have done this all day on the way into the lava tube it was to dark inside for any pictures we each had to have our own flashlight to even see where to walk huge another gorgeous sunset sunrise at haleakala these pictures are amazing but not compared to the real thing jeff taison maren makai and emberly iao state park makai loved this place good bye maui last picture of all of us well really a picture of a picture taken at the luau thanks for inviting us jeff we had so much fun next time we ll stay longer you re right a week just isnt long enough posted by maren at thursday may 14 2009 3 comments older posts home subscribe to posts atom the allens taison maren makai the ride home from grandma s friends fam erika jaclyn dace jaina ryan jodi j kallista dave megan dave megan ted c melanie mike melissa s mindy jeremy teresa rob about me maren view my complete profile followers blog archive 2009 6 may 1 maui vacation march 1 february 1 january 3
