stress tension sbb phd hehehe tq laling tersangat sangat busy lately dengan kerja kerja phd dan jugak dengan persiapan nk hantar pulang family for good ke malaysia visa kami dh nk habis so husband decide utk balik terus ke malaysia study ni memang belum habis lagi masih jauh lagi perjalanannya jadi perlukan 2nd extension hingga hjg tahun ni dan kalau diluluskan barulah renew student visa tu dtg semula ke manchester single but not available sekadar nak cerita sikit tentang my phd progress now tengah buat preparation untuk internal evaluation ie ini adalah 2nd progression point yg ditetapkan oleh university of salford untuk semua phd students kalau lepas stage yang ni insyaallah boleh proceed dengan writing up thesis but in my case data analysis masih belum complete so akan proceed dgn further data analysis and at the same time kena start dgn proper write up untuk ie ni students kena submit formal ie report up to 15 000 words dan kena melalui oral examination presentation defend among the submission criteria a full table of contents a condensed summary synopsis of the work undertaken a clear aim hypothesis of the research with detailed objectives an abridged synthesis of the literature review undertaken showing how the research interrelates to complements supports similar work in this area a detailed description of the research novelty uniqueness and contribution to knowledge a discreet research methodology section demonstrating critical understanding of research purpose process ontological and epistemological contexts logic and outcomes and a critical analysis of the empirical data collection approach adopted a clear positioning statement highlighting the precise stage this research has reached and the next steps needed seperti yang telah dijangka sama macam masa prepare interim assessment ia report dulu report preparation perlu melalui beberapa kali corrections ammendments additions cuma kali ni setakat 5th draft aje pastu baru le boleh submit kena ikut je lah rentak supervisor yang mmg thorough bab2 report ni so akhirnya 19 april yg lepas report tu pun dah selamat dihantar pada research office dah dapat tarikh oral exam nya 27 april ni insyaallah nama nama 2 orang panel examiner pun dh dimaklumkan untuk ie ni dua2 panel adalah dr kalangan staff school yg sama untuk ie ni supervisor tk dibenarkan masuk sekali dalam bilik exam so pandai2 lah sendiri nak defend semoga segala kerja keras selama ni berbalas dengan kejayaan seronok bila dengar ramai kawan2 yang dh habis dan berjaya dapat phd harapnya semangat juang ni tkkan hilang nikmat sihat dan lapang masa dah masuk hari yang ke 3 badan tak sihat paling teruk semalam sakit habis satu badan dah lama tk kena demam urat macam ni malam tadi hidung tersumbat sangat susah nk lelap mata ntah jam berapa baru terlelap disebabkan sakit mcm ni satu kerja sekolah pun tak dapat nk buat otak tak boleh nak berfikir badan tak larat nak duduk lama lama menulis sepatutnya kena hantar 1st draft internal evaluation report ie pada supervisor semalam dan progress meeting hari ini 24 2 11 tapi terpaksa hantar email minta simati dari supervisor untuk mintak re schedule meeting ke minggu depan alhamdulillah supervisor faham dan re scheduled meeting ke hari rabu 2 3 11 so masih ada masa untuk siakan draft report tu kali ni entah brp draft lah nk kena buat sebelum boleh submit ke research office dan sit for the oral exam kalau ikut pengalaman masa interim assessment ia dulu sampai 10 drafts sebab supervisor jenis yang sangat cerewet bila bab write up harapnya kali ni tak sampai macam tu masa dah suntuk tinggal 2 bulan lebih je lagi before balik malaysia for good supervisor kata boleh ie hujung march ni harap2nya mcm tu lah lps tu nk kena sambung dengan content analysis yang baru separuh jalan bila dah sakit dan masa pun dah suntuk baru lah nak beringat itu ini supaya jadi pengajaran yang berguna untuk masa depan semoga allah masih sayang dan berikan peluang works that i have been doing so far the full transcriptions of the interviews the summary of data for each case study had put it in tables forms and the comparison between case study 1 and case study 2 to find out the similarities and differences between the two cases we discussed few issues based from the initial findings further actions need to prepare a short report on a critical review of the data collected give an overview of each case study and discuss the initial findings need to start preparing the internal evaluation ie report we are targetting to do the ie either end of feb or early
