a s k a s k a austin s sara k konrad monday april 5 2010 new pictures coming soon so i ve been trying for the past week to upload pics of konrad from jessie and gavin s wedding the most recent pics i have of him i know i ve been lazy but i m having problems so this is just an update to say i m working on it i really just need to get austin on it and he d have it figured out in no time i ll see what i can do posted by sara at 7 41 am no comments tuesday november 10 2009 what s new i m one cookin ma ma ha ha ok so i ve always enjoyed cooking when i took the time to do it and i love good food who doesn t right i don t know what happened but about a month ago when cassie invited me to her food recipe blog i suddenly wanted to be cooking delicious dinners all the time and i haven t stopped since i don t have many recipes of my own so every night we have something different that we ve never tried before and most of the time it s amazing there have been a few recipes ruled out though because austin or i didn t like it which is all good i don t want to be cooking food we won t eat i used to find cooking a drag and now i look forward to making dinner every night i ve even planned out all the dinners for this month on my google calendar what can i say when i get into something i really like i go for it and perhaps take it to a somewhat nerdy level but hey that s just the way i am so i was hoping to be able to return to school this january but there just isn t enough time in the day for austin and i to both be working part time and going to school so i might take some classes in the summers at least until austin s done with school and then i can go during the regular semesters too anyways the reason i brought the subject up is i ve decided to not be an english major anymore i ve always loved photography but i never considered graduating in it until recently so as soon as i can go back i ll be working on graduating with a degree in photography i m really september 18 2009 happy birthday to me ha ha i ve been sick for the past week and when yesterday was the worst day ever i sounded like a smoker my head was in a fog i couldn t stop coughing and i was exhausted konrad and austin have both been sick too they re better now for the most part and so am i i got my antibiotics yesterday and when i woke up this morning i couldn t believe how much better i felt despite not sleeping so great last night because of all my coughing so happy birthday to me i m feeling tons better and to complete my birthday day austin took me to park city for some long over due in my opinion shopping i ve been waiting to get new clothes for when i was back to my old skinniness and while i m still about 5 or 6 lbs away i m pretty darn close so it s all good park city was beautiful and i got some fun jeans shirts and even a pair of shoes all great deals we were going to go to the utah state fair and see boys 2 men in concert but the strong winds oncoming rain and ridiculous traffic dissuaded us from that plan so we came back got our boy and now we re just chillin at home don t want to be so worn out i start to get sick all over again ok seriously it s been forever since austin i were together in a pic by ourselves love you konrad and it s been forever since i thought a pic of us turned out cute d love you aust awww it s raining we got a little wet running from store to store up in park city gotta love the silly faces and my final present of the night two rainbows posted by sara at 7 57 pm no comments friday september 11 2009 talkin on the phone first of all how cute is he we play outside every morning before lunch and today while we were outside konrad talked to dadders on the phone so cute he chatted it up the most i ve ever heard him say on the phone usually he just listens to the other person but today he just couldn t say enough so adorable can t wait till we understand everything he s trying to tell us posted by sara at 1 09 pm no comments thursday september 3 2009 newly painted rooms finally painted the living room and kitchen we live in a basement apartment so the dark colors that were in there before made the place so gloomy so we ve livened it up with fun bright colors hopefully i ll have time to get the bedrooms done before winter starts right now they re not worth photographing my cute table and red chairs this painting s cool too it has all the colors of my kitchen in it the top cupboards used to be an old yellowed white and the bottom cupboards used to be an ugly periwinkle blue the paint was all chipped too so don t judge the architecture this basement was built in the 1920s just enjoy the fun colors i really like the green yellow and red all together and this is our fun living room it used to have brown and tan walls so we made three walls white and then one accent wall orange it s very austin and sara this is sort of random i just really like my little reading corner d posted by sara at 7 43
