to be healthy by having salad and soup for dinner beau threw the salad together and i made the soup or opened the can and put it on the stove whichever sounds better to you normally dinner is way better than a salad like spaghetti or something yummy from the crock pot followed by a trip to tutti frutti to fill up on pomegrante and watermelon sorbet with tons of gummy bears for me and cookies and cream for beau but yesterday was a nice change and we actually liked being healthy while i m on the topic of healthy food can i tell you what juice we have been loving lately it is 100 more can t help but think what our sweet girl will look and act like it consumes all my thoughts will she be a fiesty pushy and full of life girl like me or a sweet kind and gentle one like beau i m thinking a pushy one because every time she nestles her legs right under my ribs or sticks her bottom straight out and i try to gently push them down she kicks or sticks them out even farther like no way mom i m comfy right here will she have blonde hair or brown hair will it be curly all i know is that i love her so much already so i can only imagine how much i will when i meet her six weeks left leave for work this morning i even creeped through the kitchen window and watched him drive away anyway beau spared us having the conversation of what do you want to do this weekend no what do youu want to do by just planning on heading up to capitola friday after work to get a clam chowder bread bowl and stroll the pier i love living so close to the beach but yet far enough away to still get excited about going saturday morning we hit up the flea market and scored lots of fruit for cheap even though i had fun i wouldn t recommend walking around for hours at 34 weeks pregnant hello blistered feet my family had plans for awhile to come up to supercross in oakland on the 26th and when they found out we would be here for it they got beau a ticket beau was in hog heaven all week knowing that he was going to supercross and i think he probably told all of his co workers about it too so saturday night parker my mom and dad came up and we hit up a cute restaurant in downtown willow glen then the guys left for the race i felt bad keeping my mom from going because i know she loves it just as much as they do but she wouldn t leave me home alone we had fun chatting it up shopping at valley fair and we found a crepe shop that was so dang good i m taking beau back to tonight ok get this i think we moved into the greatest ward ever first the ward is a big mix of newlyweds and nearly deads if ya know what i mean which is great for us because we ve already made some fun friends second whole foods chooses a new church to donate all the food they can t sell anymore because its too close to the expiration date and they happen to donate to our ward every week i was wondering why all the ladies booked it out of relief society into the kitchen after church so i just followed the pack and i m sure glad i did it looked like a whole grocery store in there lets just say i don t think we will be shopping for bread or veggies for a while lastly our new friends invited us over for dessert and games last night we had a ton of fun and although we had just met them it felt like we had known eachother forever don t you just love those type of friends posted by beau lindee at 2 25 pm 0 comments sunday january 20 2013 this weekend was a fun one after about a 3 month search for a car we finally found one its interesting how everything works out we had been looking at rav4 s highlanders and muranos for a long time now trying to find the perfect car and we thought we had found one back in december we had a rav4 transferred from car max in las vegas to the car max in slc and after about a week of waiting it finally came in so beau went down to buy it after seeing it beau called me and i could tell in his voice that he didn t feel good about it something just wasn t right so he left and drove back to rexburg disappointed that we didn t have a car but happy about our decision since then we have looked at every car lot in fresno and have been diligent at checking craigslist everyday for that golden car and we finally found it this week i can t wait to drive my little girl around in it also on saturday we met my family over in capitola to hang out at the beach for the day can i just say that it only took us 35 minutes from our apartment to get to the beach during the day my mom and i sat on the beach while my dad and beau surfed it was perfect even though i looked like a beached whale sitting there i loved every minute of it we ended the day with clam chowder bread bowls i don t think i can even go over there without getting one anyways we love where we live right now and hopefully after beau graduates the bay area will become home for us although taking an internship this semester wasn t part of our long term plan i m so glad we did because beau is enjoying working for pwc and is thankful for the work experience he will have before he starts his career as mr accountant posted by beau lindee at 7 51 pm 1 comments tuesday january 15 2013 pregnancy update 32 2 weeks over the past few days i ve been feeling some pressure that i ve never felt before but it isn t unbearable at all so i didn t do anything about it after talking with my mom she said i might as well have them check to see if i m dilated at all at my 32 week appt which was yesterday turns out that my cervix has softened about 3 cm and my uterus is trying to contract so they sent me to labor and delivery to get a non stress test after about 2 hours of being monitored they decided that i didn t need to be on bed rest but i just have to take it easy what does take it easy even mean haha apparently i have an irritable uterus that wants this baby out in order to ensure that our baby will be healthy i am going to take it easy so i don t have any more signs of pre term labor other than that i ve been feeling great and bigger than ever luckily i m not swollen and the only things that hurt at the end of the day are my feet since we will only be in this apartment for a short time i m waiting till we get back up to rexburg to put her nursery together for now her bassinet dresser and a few essential items are all set up next to our bed over christmas break my mom and i had too much fun at buy buy baby and ended up packing my baby bag that night needless to say we are ready i finished washing all of her baby clothes and they are waiting patiently in her dresser between the smell of dreft and johnsons baby lotion that i put on my hands each night it smells like full on baby heaven in our bedroom and i love it posted by beau lindee at 1 44 pm 2 comments christmas break was wonderful this year since hunter is on his mission and austin was on his honeymoon it was only beau parker and i home but we still made sure we kept every tradition my mom still videoed us coming down the stairs christmas morning into the family room with all our gifts lined up in each of our spots we then finished off the morning with snoopy pancakes and skpying with hunter who is in ireland right now we loved being able to skype with him and hear his voice he has totally taken on that irish accent and i have to say it fits him well the hour we got to skype flew by but we are looking forward to mothers day after skyping we went over to the winter house to exchange and open gifts we are lucky that both our families are from fresno it makes the holidays really nice after christmas brandon meredith gunner and nash came to fresno to we got to see them a lot which was fun i can t wait till my little girl is here which might be sooner than
