of the u s air force wrote u s representative mark green in august 2000 and stated the term chemtrail is a hoax that began circulating approximately three years ago which asserts the government is involved in a joint federal program of covert spraying of the public but many intelligent researchers call gibson s communique a classic non denial denial gibson is denying that the air force is
