time to get grounded it s autumn a time of year when life pulls us in a million directions we lose track of our own center abandon ourselves to obligations and forget what it feels like to truly feel at home inside our own skin this become along grounded being is designed to help you to anchor into your body reclaim your inherent worth and create stability clarity safety and validation from the inside out over the course of 10 weeks you ll infuse a knitting or crochet project of your choice with your energy intentions and desires by the end of our time together you won t simply have a
