that is open to interpretation but if you read most press accounts or listen to diane feinstein s hyperbole you might believe that they did even though the facts might point in another direction imho files so of course they hired the it department but if you read most of the press you would think cia was hacking capitol hill the arstechnica article calls it a stand alone network not connected to
