sewing class i said i d never sew jeans until i took this class i m a fairly experienced sewist and i learned so much from this class excellent the reason i said i would never sew jeans was because of the level of detail involved the fitting process and because i generally gravitate more wearing towards less rigid trousers however when i saw the class was on sale and after dipping my toes into sewing denim trousers with another company s pattern i thought it was time to try sewing classic jeans i ve now made two pairs of frank jeans and i m very happy with them all the tips that heather gave that were not in the written pattern instructions definitely made the process much more enjoyable and my jeans more refined the class forum is also a tremendous resource for example after making my first pair and saw that the zipper was set in a bit too much i read a great tip about how to use a zipper with a wide tape from one of the posts something that neither the instructor nor the
