everyone but are virtually unknown outside select circles a few years ago i was neck deep in cross border tax issues for my previous company i had u s accountants canadian accountants and lawyers on both sides in every conversation all of us would peel back another layer of the tax code eventually out of frustration i started solving my own tax strategy that s how i stumbled onto secure act 2 0
