stalkingvengeance reply last week we had a pretty disappointing showing in form of levelers scorn a blue black deck loosely themed around the level up mechanic that allows you to pump senseless amounts of mana into creatures to make them a little better and overall still underwhelming imagine my joy when i saw that this weeks entry was called levelers glory meaning that i have yet more of the dreaded leveler creatures to go over this time the deckbuilders decided that white blue is the way to go but since i don t have much hope for the mechanic to begin with i can only expect the worst in their own right with a red green aggro deck that ramps to bring out big eldrazi beaters while the other deck was black red and really took more of a numbers approach to aggro using the 0 1 eldrazi spawns for more than just mana generation well today we actually take a step away from eldrazis and instead work with a blue black deck that wants to use creatures with level up to get impressive
