the deal family skip to main skip to sidebar thursday september 2 2010 another cake look its chefgirldee here is another one of my recent dora cakes i think this one was better than the last posted by the deal family at 8 13 pm no comments monday august 23 2010 funny kid smart kid funny kid today my sis and denny and i stopped at the food store before heading home as i passed through the diary aisle i picked up some yogurt for denny a k a yogurt lover he was so excited to see it he wanted to get at it right away so i let him he looked so silly and messy with it all over him he giggled as he ate it it was amusing to watch smart kid i left denison in the trolley for a while with my sis to go and get some other items i came back to hear a story of how smart denison is from my sister a lady apparently came up to my sister in the store whom she knew and saw how messy denny was with all the yogurt in its appearance and not seeing the container she said look you ve got lotion all over you denny being so smart and clever picks up the container and shows her and says yogurt as to correct her mistaken observation lol she was so shocked all she could say was wow he is so smart i thought that was just too cute and yet so denny because i promise you everyday he has done or said something to amaze us there is never a dull moment with this kid he is just too lovable love you denny had to get a photo here are the pics posted by the deal family at 9 16 pm 1 comment saturday july 31 2010 happy birthday to me yayyy well today was pretty a pretty low key day didn t do anything special it s funny as you get older birthday s seems like a blah or maybe its just me i dunno i spent the day helping set up a wedding cake that i did for my classmate my friend came along with me so that made it fun other than that it was a pretty normal day i guess the best way to look at is that i m blessed to see another birthday and for that i m grateful getting older and more fab here are some pics of the cake not bad lucky for me it was less labor this time the florist arranged the flowers on the cake posted by the deal family at 7 32 pm no comments monday july 26 2010 513 darling days happy year and a half denny big boy i can t believe we have a 18 month old already although he acts like 18 months going on 18 years it is a blessing to be his parents he is so funny because everyday he says to either of us happy birthday and smiles he believes there is some significance to this and it brings a smile to his face and ours when he says it he has so much personality a year and a half of smiles and and running miles behind him giggling and tickling talking and walking smarts and farts lol poop and ice scream scoops feeding and reading hanging and loud banging cries hi and goodbyes sleepless nights and fascinating sights hits and misses love hugs and kisses a year and a half of fun a great year being one loving every minute of it and looking forward to more posted by the deal family at 10 51 am no comments saturday july 3 2010 party time today we took denny to a birthday party at mcdonalds for his cousin my nephew nicholas whom he met for the first time my sister nicole whom i haven t seen for years but we keep in touch through facebook lives in the us and she came over for the summer and i finally got to meet my 3 handsome nephews for the first time and saw some other relatives this was a first meeting for my hubby too denny s first party invite so this was an exciting time for all of us well more so for denny because this was kiddie territory denny had some temper tantrums and was acting out a bit fussing over balloons with the other kids i don t know maybe he was a bit overwhelmed eventually he warmed up other than that it was a great day for all of us here are some excited and kissed it numerous of times i just had to get a shot of it i just thought it was so sweet and special he knows that jesus is somebody special who deserves lots of kisses even though he has never met him isn t that just divine i love my lil angel more and more each day it is great to know that the seeds of love and reecognition of christ are already starting to harvest inside him a true blue in a high pitched voice mama i wuv you you know i melted on the spot love this kid to death he is not only sweet but j e a l o u s if he witnesses walter kissing me it turns into a kiss show down between the two denny would intentionally double upon his kisses its so fun and i love the attention i get from my two special guys he clasped both his hands on my face and said pretty mama what a sweetie mommy i pooped lol funny boy denny mommy i hungee hungry food food me you re hungry sweetie well what do you want to eat denny spaghetti and if i don t have any of the things he asks for he will proceed to list a bunch of other food from memory like rice or chicken cereal mango the list goes on and on until i can give him what he requests too smart oh yes one day denny s godmother nancy told him he was too cute and ever since then every time he sees her he would say goddy i cute with the cutest lil grin on his face it is so funny to hear and i recall one day during sacrament meeting we walked in and he spotted her and yelled out the same phrase and it was so quiet in the room can you imagine what that was like thanks to goddy nancy i have a conceited cutie oh boy lol denny sings to himself happy birthday to you denny denny loves to sing twinkle twinkle little star his fave yes peeps he knows the words row row your boat itsy witsy spider among so many other songs he knows my fave was on 09 18 10 when i caught him singing apart of i am child of god lead me guide me walk beside me my jaw dropped not realizing he had learned the song not to mention he was on key guess he might be able to sing like his mommy denny hears peeps call me by name all the time so very often he calls me dienne or mama dienne he knows to call me me mommy or mummy but its just so funny to correct him especially in public denny says bossy like mommy gimme a kiss yes sir lol denny sees a lady he fancies an said pretty lady 19 months and already hitting on women oi vey one day we were sitting at a the dinner table with my family and i said to a famished denny okay sweetie it is time to bless the food so politely he folds his arms and closes his eyes and after a brief silence he
