some posts from vee on my e mail and i am so impressed with her strength and faith grandson ben settling into basic training already showing leadership skills he won an athletic competition for his troop winning a 15 minute call home for himself and every member of his troop ya ben learning to live with the cooler weather and trying not to have to turn on the new furnace yet love to all and wednesday i see this red roofed barn every time i go out my road to town it is in the distance but was able to get a pretty good close up shot i have driven around trying to find a road to this place but it evades me i like the red surprise i get when i drive this way boy scouts setting up for a camp out week end on the nazareth campus where i volunteer on fridays it was great to watch the up due to computer problems missed a lot of blogging days hope things are all good now many things been going on lost a dear friend in mississippi a friend a member of the sisters of charity right here in my home town was murdered in mississippi last week two of them served a poor section of the state as the only health care givers both rn practitioners may they rest in peace precious ggson getting his hair cut for 2 yr old preschool a mixed emotional day grandson ben being sworn into the u s army proud but bittersweet beautiful gdaughter ellen in her new dorm with my afghan at the foot of her bed gdaughter last first day of college gdaughter last first day of highschool in the pink mosaic of all 4 years at the same school yes the same outfit uniforms this is the last of our grands social murder sr paula merrill saturday august 27 2016 pink saturday with a heavy heart it is pink saturday and one of my favorite memes hope my computer is finally fixed after 4 attempts last of august and our crepe myrtle is finally blooming did not take my geranium outside this summer and it is just now blooming inside love this geranium the leaf of the geranium is one of my favorites with my friends sisters of charity at nazareth kentucky mourning the brutal murder of paula merrill scn and her co worker sr margaret nurse practitioners in one of the poorest sections of mississippi many many persons with a heavy heart this week end and in this case the only health care providers in th at part of the state and folks will be without their kindness generosity and life saving care they pink saturday sr paula merrill friday august 26 2016 my heart is heavy soulful friday beautiful nazareth campus in bardstown kentucky and myself are in mourning for the useless murder of one of our sisters in mississippi paula merrill scn and her room mate sr margaret were brutally murdered in their home in missippi on wednesday night it appears to have been a robbery according to the officials in miss sr paula and sr margaret were devoted registered nurse practitioners who ran a clinic in the poor section of mississippi devoting their time to all the needs of the people medical social and much counseling they were loved by all paula merrill scn i had just seen and spoke with sr paula last friday as she was at nazareth where i work on friday for a meeting she was so gracious and happy to see me she had worked at the home health agency where i worked a few years ago our hearts are in pain at the loss of these two saintly women we are asked to pray for them and their families and
