kitchen there are two dogs clearly this is a problem especially on cold foggy fall mornings when both dogs should obviously have their own comfy soft donut beds so do not take this the wrong way this does not mean that i like her it simply means that i am the sort of benevolent generous dog who was kind enough to allow the young ojo to share my bed along with the stuffed chicken i am a good dog october 14 2013 giving thanks because we are canada dogs today is thanksgiving ojo who was born an american dog didn t know this she thought the people had just decided to bring home a big turkey so we had a long chat last night over our turkey stuffed bellies and here is what we are thankful for cobi i am thankful for my momma b who helps me each day to remember that the world isn t as scary as sometimes it seems i am thankful for the sun that warms my fur and for the many smells in nature that tickle my nose i am thankful for the little red dot that dances around at night made by the thing called laser pointer and i am very thankful for the extra large turkey my person brought home ojo i am thankful for all the people in my family they are kind and fun and they play with me and pet me give me lots of love i m not sure how i found them but before i did i lived outside on the streets and then in a place called pound this is so much better i am thankful that i have lots of good food and i am very thankful for my walks every day in forest or at beach i am thankful for the birds and the bunnies and the squirrels that live in the bushes i am thankful for my ball and for my toys that about food here i am waiting for salmon my littlest person is waiting with me fortunately she does not like the salmon she got something called desert instead i prefered the salmon please put away 2013 walking with ojo my life is not fair my friends i don t think you realize how much my life has changed since this silly black dog came to live with us one thing is that we almost never get to go to beach anymore this is because ojo is crazy monkey which means that she climbs the keep off the cliff face cliff to chase birds at dallas road beach or crazy leaps up the walls that are as high as my person to run around in people s yards at willows beach and cadboro bay beach she does not listen to ojocome very well yet when she is being a crazy monkey so no beach for me unless my person is having a day where she has a lot of the thing called patience this is not fair instead we have been doing many walks in the forest and climbing the mountain don t get me wrong i love the forest and my person tries to make it interesting for me by taking different trails each day while she and the black one practise ojocome so at least i do get to go on nice walks with my person we hang out together and enjoy the scenery and smells she gives me pets i brush her leg as i trot past and give her my big smiles to tell her i am very happy to be here with her even if we re not at beach sometimes i have a little run i do lots of sniffing i stay close to my person because that is what a good dog does but this is all we see of ojo on our walks or this and lots of this can you see her i just stay close share to pinterest labels wordless thursday october 3 2013 fall mountains and sun and ojo today we went for a walk in the forest but because nature was making sun instead of all that rain we climbed we went high out of the forest and onto the rocks here i am at the very top of the mountain aren t i majestic i like climbing i like going high up as high as we can go i like sniffing the breeze i like feeling the warm sun on my fur there were leaves on the ground there was damp earth full of smells there were rocks to climb on and breezes to smell however unfortunately there was also ojo stealing my sunshine drinking from my puddles lying down in my puddles pushing in front of me on the path running everywhere like a crazy dog wet from the grass and bushes the people think she is cute
