home of a floss junkie home of a floss junkie sunday may 8 2011 happy mother s day i have another update on my stitching for the last 2 rotations the first is 2 weeks work on chocolate chocolate more chocolate you can see one of the cupcakes taking shape now i love working on this well i love working on all of them next is my update on train of dreams got in 2 good weeks on this one still loving it and last but not least i know i m crazy but today i am starting another one this will be 6 in the rotation i am starting sundae delight this is another sal with caite we are also being joined in time for another update good morning i have put in 2 weeks on the astronomer i think i have made some good progress i did 926 stitches it doesn t sound like alot but it was all confetti stitching i confess i had one day out of the 2 weeks that i did not get 1 stitch in just too tired now i have a confession to make chocolate chocolate more chocolate was supposed to have a turn next but i could not resist starting another one i have now added afternoon tea to my rotation what can i say i m addicted to these little dragons on a non stitching note the weather here has been better no snow not back i m trying to be better about posting updates on my haed s i am rotating 4 of them at the moment that could change if my fabric ever comes in but i haven t been good about posting updates since i am no good at keeping track of how many hours i put in at any one time i keep track of how many stitches i do each day so far treasure quest has had 2 turns in the rotation of 2 weeks each time the first 2 weeks i put in 2214 stitches the second two weeks i put in 1639 the 2nd rotation had alot more confetti stitching now i have put this away and am working on the astronomer the haed that the old saying time flys when you re having fun is so true i have been stitching away have 3 projects to update on when last i posted it was with my progress on treasure quest now i have updates on 3 treasure quest hi all it has been 2 weeks of stitching on treasure quest so it is time to post a progress picture then change to the astronomer for his 2 weeks of attention i have also taken a picture of my tusal for this month i know i know i m late in my defense i am stitching instead of taking pictures on time i also added a photo of my stitching buddy brandi you should try to stitch with a 65 pound irish setter in the chair with you she is pretty good though she lays still keeps her head out of the way i can t say the same for all the exotic fibers that end up in my stitching my stitching missed in our stitching groups by her family from now on every stitch i make will be dedicated to rene because of her love of stitching her willingness to help anyone who asked with her permission i you get seems like summer was just yesterday now it is the middle of winter we had a great christmas a quiet new year i had the week between christmas new years off so got alot of stitching done it s amazing what you can do when you don t have to worry about going to work then again have to work to pay for stash i finished my 2 week rotation on train of dreams on january 1 i started treasure quest i know i m crazy but i can t help myself spangler s work is so addicting the little dragons are so cute so cute that i ordered 4 more of them haed was having a 30 off sale what girl can resist a sale i got eldar afternoon tea curl up with a good book medieval shelf i also picked up christmas presence for my santa collection without boring you further here is my progress on train of dreams my start
