9 00 am to 6 00 pm and oops just been buzzed be right back i m back i had to step it out my friends only a few steps and i scored have to say these wee messages keep me going keep encouraging me they really do and i am quite a competitive person even against myself so long may it continue i need to exercise i need to lose a shitload of weight that has gradually appeared and now just won t go away just like that i need one of those magical genies to help me but most of all i need to get off my backside and get some exercise so not only do i need to do those pesky 250 steps an hour i am encouraged to get at least 30 minutes medium exercise five days a week the old heart rate has to be up to whatever number for it to be classified as a medium strenuous exercise this wee gadget monitors my sleep patterns my walking stepping exercise heart rate calories if i decide to actually enter the foods that i am eating weight we won t go there atm fancy wee gadget it is my friends email this blogthis share to x share to facebook share to pinterest friday december 07 2018 le petit jardin hi everyone i m back to share a little creativity featuring couture creations gorgeous le petit jardin collection this collection has been designed by stephanie ryan i have made a screen card let me share how i have put this together the base is white cardstock 6 by 12 and it has been scored at 3 6 and 9 i have punched across the top of the cardstock using a lacey doily edge punch and used a die to cut my shapes across the bottom of the card cut four panels of patterned paper and i just couldn t go past the paper that i chose from this collection i have a wee thing for the colour purple just saying but then i decided to pick up on the greeny aqua colour in the paper i have then embellished each panel with a little less focus on the middle panels allowing for the card to close easier for posting i have hot foiled two wooden heart shapes and two pieces of chipboard sentiments and i have used the gorgeous blue green foil iridescent finish gorgeous colourings in different light i ve added a few crafting fibres some die cuts some doily s and i have made a foamiran poinsettia purchased a small rattan star this week and was going to christmasify a little for the christmas tree but instead i have decided it can be the christmas tag on a special christmas gift this year i have used the gorgeous christmas collection from couture creations called highland collection which has been designed by sue smyth the papers are gorgeous so too the diecut ephemera collection it makes creating so easy when everything fits together goes without saying that i would be adding a christmas poinsettia to my star it just finishes it off said ever so quietly here s a wee video for sunday november 18 2018 christmas creativity a little christmas creativity on a sunday afternoon horrendous weather at my place today so it made sense to play a little definitely a day to stay indoors i started off playing in my craft room but then headed out to the kitchen dining room area oops cardstock patterned paper pearls muslin crafting fibres throw in some die cuts that match the patterned paper add some cinnamon sticks some true snow and voila and this poinsettia is one from my stash a prima one from years gone by love the way this one turned out if you live in my part of the world and i m a happy crafter i had the time to play a little and whipped up a wee gift card envelope i handmade a few poinsettias a few days ago and had them set aside so i have to be honest and say it really did only take a few minutes to put this wee gift card envelope together it definitely wasn t time consuming what did i do i picked a paper from couture creations highland christmas paper pad a couple of die cuts from the diecut ephemera collection grabbed an ink pad some green cardstock some crafting fibres a little seam binding and i was away in my happy place i ve cut a strip of patterned paper scored inked and adhered to my coin envelope just a plain little coin envelope i tied some seam binding to the left hand side and tied to it the wee to from tag from the diecut ephemera collection i ve then adhered a piece of corrugated card think cardboard box packaging yes i pull apart and cut these apart to add a little height to areas of my creativity sometimes i use foam squares sometimes i use the cardboard box packaging i cut out a pile of christmas foliage pieces and i have adhered them and layered them added a small cluster of crafting fibres and then adhered my handmade poinsettia and finally topped it off with the merry christmas sentiment from the diecut ephemera collection i ve used a toothpick and then randomly applied a little true snow to give it a more
