easier thread of your choice i used black nylon thread the colour wont show but if you want to make it even less noticeable you can use white nylon thread has the pro of being more durable scissors basically what you need to do is a long running stitch where the chin and shirt pieces meet and pull it tight im going to explain in the most basic details assuming youve never done anything like this i dont expect anyone to be an experienced plushmaker haha thread your needle and tie a knot on its end i recommend using four strands because its stronger and makes the pulling easier start at the back side of the head where the coveralls and the hair meet behind the ear its best if you can hide the knot in the sewing line but it wont stand out too much if you cannot stick your needle in and push out in 1 2cm make sure you are sewing as close to where the fabric pieces meet as possible do a running stitch in and out leaving the visible stitches shorter than the ones inside again keep it as close to the sewing line as you can when you reach behind the other ear grab your thread close to the fabric and pull on it as hard as you can you should see the bottom of the chin pulling in a little creating a proper jawline hold the thread with one hand and go back a single small stitch to fix it in place if youre not quite satisfied with the head shape repeat the process the other way around without cutting your thread once youre done make another tiny stitch near the sewing line and tie off dont pull the stitch all the way through instead twist the little loop it creates around your needle three times and pull it tight stick your needle in between the layers one more time pull it out through the back of the hair and cut it as close to the fabric as you can you should be able
