giveaway by crescent creation and i m happily showing you my first card for them using some adorable digital items crescent creation is an online craft shop but they are designing their own digital stamps as well and they are having five new sets this month these stamps are available as white png files which make them easy to layer in any image editor programs i m usually using gimp i put together a coloring sheet with the pine trees penguins and the large sentiment and printed it in card size for the coloring i used my specrtum noir markers i went for a lot of blue and turquoise shades to create a snowy scene with a frozen pond to finish my card i added snow geneously with white acrylic paint you should have come from heather s blog and this is the next stop is elizabeth if marker friendly paper and colored them with my copics i picked avery with snowman from the paper nest dolls and penguin wobbles special delivery from the digi doodle studios after colouring the digi stamps i sketched some trees in the background with a light shade and when i happy with the sketched shapes i added more colour as a finishing touch i added a lot of snow with a white gelly pen on the fawn quick cards május 31 2018 hellopilda hozzászólás i ve made these duos of toads for the lawn fawnatics card kit challenge in april using the stamp set toadally awesome but finally changed my mind and created my card kit from another set so there were these ready to go elements on my desk for more than a months until this morning for the first two cards they are more or less the same i die cut two pieces of the bayou backdrop by lawn fawn and colored them with distress inks for an intense shiny look i covered the frames with masking paper inked up the leaves with versamark ink and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder to create the background i took a stencil and gently applied the same colors of distress inks used for the bayou backdrops onto white card bases stamped two thin black stripes as they were the ropes to hold the swings i adhered everything onto the card bases and added white on black heat embossed sentiments i finished both cards with putting a thick coat of glossy accents on the toads bellies and the tiny butterflies and added some clear gems for the third card i die cut a large circle from copy paper to put it on top of my stencil before applying distress inks after stamping the sentiment on colorful stripes i covered them all over with glossy accents instead of gems i used enamel dots as a finishing touch i hope you like these quick designs hozzászólás for today s card i picked one of my recently arrived stamp sets from clearly besotted it s called make a splash for a start i stamped the dolphins and covered them with masking paper i tore a piece of masking paper in half to create my scene covering the center area i applied distress inks to create the sandy beach scattered straw and the sky mustard seed spiced marmalade added some mountains in the backgroud the very same way continued with covering the top and the bottom and applied salty ocean distress ink i splattered brown ink onto the sandy shores before coloring the dolphins i stamped water rings from the same stamp set when my scene was finished i stamped tropical leaves from the stamp set summer vibes by viva stamp all around the edges using different shades of green memento and archival ink pads for the sentiment i used another viva stamp product called just to say i used the die set stripped die collection by clearly besotted to stamp the first part of the sentiment i needed a very short strip shorter than the smallest piece in the set but didn t want to cut off the cool looking stitched edge so made this tiny strip with two partial cuts stamped hello with versamark ink and heat set it with superfine white embossing powder i adhered the front panel onto a light blue card base to finish my card i covered the ball with glossy accents and added some találtam a felirathoz egy másik viva stamp készletet használtam just to say a felirat első részéhez a clearly besotted feliratsávos vágósablon készletét vettem elő stripped die collection egy pici csíkra volt szükségem jóval kisebbre mint a készlet legkisebbje de nem szerettem volna levágni a csini kis öltéseket úgyhogy két lépésben részleges vágásokkal alakítottam ki a méretét a hello feliratot vízjeltinával pecsételtem és fehérrel domborítottam végül amikor minden összállt a front panelt halványkék képeslap alapra ragasztottam hiányzott egy kis csillogás ezért a strandlasztit hellopilda 1 hozzászólás today i created a stampscape card using a nellie snellen background stamp cornfield country road combined with two bunnies of the stamp set hoppy friends by my favorite things i started with stamping the bunnies onto a piece of white cardstock and covered them with masking paper placed it in my stamping tool and fixed it with strong magnets as creating this background needs multiple stamping first i inked up and stamped the background with a bamboo green memento ink pad partially reinked the stamp with a darker green where i thought shadows would be and applied brown ink directly from the tip of a zig marker on the trees and the fence repeated this two or three times after removing the masks i colored my scene combining distress inks zig and promarkers finally added some flowers with ranger enamel accents when it was all dry i die cut my piece with a die namics inside out rounded square with two partial cuts i managed to have the size i needed for the sentiment i used another set from my favorite things called you make my heart spin i attached craft foam onto the back of my front panel and adhered to the card base with double sided tape as a finishing touch i
