करने वाला इस व्रत को नोबेल पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ है जी हां जापान के योशिनोरी ओशुमी नामक एक वैज्ञानिक को २०१६ में इस विषय पर नोबेल पुरस्कार मिला उसके खोज की नाम है आटोफेजी इसका मतलब है अपने आप को खाना हम १४ १६ घंटे तक कुछ भी खाए बिना भूखे रहने से कमजोर हो जाते हैं तब हमारे शरीर के अंदर से अच्छे नए अणुओं ने पुरानी खराबी कैंसर फैलाने वाली अणुओं को खाकर शरीर को स्वस्थ और शुद्ध कर देते हैं इस खोज के पोशाक में एक साब आए उन्होंने मुझसे पूछा तुम स्कूल नहीं जाते हो मैं ने कहा मुझे पढ़ना अच्छा लगता है लेकिन पुस्तक और यूनिफॉर्म खरीदने के लिए हमारे पास पैसे नहीं है अगले दिन उस आफिसर ने स्कूल बेग पुस्तक और यूनिफॉर्म के साथ आए और नि शुल्क शिक्षा का एक फार्म भी दिए उन्होंने मुझसे स्कूल जाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किए तब से मेरी जिंदगी बदलने लगी पूरी रात गली के लाइट के नीचे बैठ कर पढ़ाई करता था मैं ने १०वीं कक्षा में ९८ और १२ वीं कक्षा में स्टेट रैंक पाया कालेज फीस भरने के लिए पिता ने कहा मैं और कुछ जगहों पर जाकर भीख मांग लूंगा लेकिन तुम पढ़ाई करो और मैं ने इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री प्राप्त किया लेकिन मेरा लक्ष्य था कलेक्टर बनने का पहली परीक्षा में सफलता नहीं मिली दूसरी कोशिश में भी असफलता ही मिली और तीसरी बार में २०१८ आल इंडिया रैंकिंग १४७ पिताजी को फोन करके बताया तब उन्होंने रोते हुए कहा कि आज से
