framework jacobo ferrer is assistant professor of applied economics at universidad politécnica de madrid he holds a phd in economics from the new school for social research and was previously a phd trainee in the distributional wealth accounts team at the european central bank his research examines statistical regularities in economic structures and currently focuses on the integration of input output data with household surveys to study the connection between structural change climate change and living standards his work has appeared in economic systems research review of keynesian economics and contributions to political economy he received the 2024 emilio fontela prize and the 2026 wassily w leontief memorial prize topic title from industry price shocks to household living standards a distributionally extended input output framework abstract responding to the g20 data gaps initiative s call for integrated micro macro distributional statistics this talk presents a compilation guide to distributionally extended input output de io tables that bring both the income and the expenditure side of the household sector into the interindustry system building on the miyazawa interrelational multiplier tradition on distributional national accounts and on current work in micro macro linkage the compilation links eurostat s figaro tables the survey on income and living conditions and the household budget survey through a reproducible workflow of statistical matching and reconciliation with national accounts benchmarks applied to the full 2010 2024 series of spanish de io tables the framework quantifies the net effect of industry price shocks through the full circular flow of income from functional income generation to household purchasing power and
