papers left over from the two journals posted earlier some map pages pre made and handmade envelopes pockets and a bunch of other types of paper this one will be my new working journal i already have a few page ideas that i can t wait to start working on the printed sari ribbon i have been using on my handmade journals was purchased from lashell wyskochil s etsy shop art and junque journal junquemail contessa tabs were made from ribbon scraps and words from dictionaries mod podged on to cardstock art and junque journal junquemail contessa elastic was added inside the front cover to hold extra paper and journals cards art and junque journal junquemail contessa another great thing about today we relocated temporarily our offices to the other end of the building office space that is less than half the size of what we had before that meant a lot of purging a facility manager was going to toss these sherwin williams paint swatch files i asked my boss if i could take them and he me but i also wanted something on a smaller scale i stumbled upon avital gertner s tutorial on how to make a journal from a soap bar box fortunately i figured out how to modify the instructions to use a slightly bigger box that held mentadent toothpaste refills this is going to be the beginning of a wonderful relationship meet my new journal little bit little bit s pages are approximately 3 25 inches wide x 4 25 high with the binding measuring in at 3 75 inches she just got made last night so i m not yet done filling her with all of the pages and pockets she will be embracing within her
