koekeridoo amigurumi s and more skip to main skip to sidebar thursday february 18 2010 here we go again i admit it it s been too long i just haven t found the time to stop en write down everything that has have happened the last couple of months i m so sorry but i m still happy with everything i ve got i just got back from the holy stitch in leeuwarden there is a real old building called the blokhuispoort and you can rent a cell yes indeed a prison cell there for 2 days where you can build your own shop for the time being it s abandoned so there no bad guys anymore it s small but cozy and you re not alone about 60 other crafters were there to show off their arts en crafts it was quite colorful the next time holy stitch will be in may i m looking forward to it already not to the stress tess part that sucks but in the end it all ends happily ever after except for my attic poor attic it s impassable all my koekeridoo stuff is laying everywhere here are some pictures to get the picture heb geschreven ik heb domweg geen tijd gehad om even stil te staan en hier alles te beschrijven wat er in het afgelopen half jaar is gebeurd ik ben nog steeds blij met alles wat ik heb koekeridoo neemt steeds grotere vormen aan en het is even wennen om dat te verwerken in mijn dagelijkse bezigheden ik ben nu 1 dag minder gaan werken om me meer op koekeridoo te kunnen richten en het daarbij ook nog leuk voor mezelf te houden ook niet geheel onbelangrijk anders gaat het lampje uit afgelopen weekend hebben we weer 2 dagen mogen vertoeven in een cel in de blokhuispoort jawel een gevangeniscel maar wees gerust het complex is sinds 2 jaar verlaten dus alle boze boeven zijn met de noorderzon vertrokken het was weer gezellig en dit maal ook erg druk het zpagetti schaap bij de deur trok veel aandacht ik vond het erg leuk om mijn mede celgenoten te mogen ontmoeten en ik kijk nu al weer uit naar de 3e editie die in mei gehouden wordt het enige waar ik niet naar uitkijk is het gedeelte in de week voor zo n beurs dan veranderd deze vrolijke flierefluiter in stress tess mijn alter ego ze schijnt minder vrolijk te zijn maar goed al met al is het weer leuk geworden en het is goed afgelopen voor iedereen behalve mijn zolder die is momenteel onbegaanbaar vanwege de rommel en voorraad van de holy stitch die ik in een opwelling maar ergens neer heb gezet arme zolder posted by tess at 10 59 in plopsaland it s an amusement park in belgium when i came back the orders where piling up in my mailbox so no time to write last week i received an package from mia bengtsson from sweden 25 copies of her new book virka amigurumi it s so great i already made a lot of dutch crochet girls happy with a copy i also received lots of other great stuff ribbons buttons books and clover gadgets i m waiting for a new delivery with another kind of cotton i would like to offer more kinds of wool and cotton in my shop i m busy to contact some wholesalers right now more wool more fun i also got an e mail yesterday from merel she owns a shop that s similar to mine la silvia she wrote me she s quitting here shop was the only one that sold amigurumi products next to mine so there is no more competion in the netherlands at this point we started or shops about the same time i don t know exactly what she is gonna sell in her new shop but merel i want to wish you good luck on your new store strange isn t it i m selling amigurumi stuff for about 1 5 years now and i can see my clientele grow each day i almost got 400 persons on my hyves right now quit a lot for such a little store i never knew so many people would be interested in amigurumi amigurumi is hot it s popping up at the strangest places in the newspapers in magazines in tv shows it s great crochet is back again love tess vintage what a cute creatures and also very cool applications and bags i m not proud to admit that i took one copy for my own collection again if i continue to do this i will probably need a new we made a little kitchen for him everything miniature it has cost us days and a lot of patients and a couple of paint buckets but i m so happy with the result it s so cute you should have seen his face this morning when he got his present friends and family all brought little wooden kitchen gifts to fill his kitchen the kids kitchen you can buy in the store are almost all made for girls or the pink cotton and just started to crochet before i knew this little creature was looking at me with her big black eyes she was asking me who am i i really don t know who or what she is a drop off ice cream or cotton candy but she is a very cute pink creature wat is dit nou oké ik geef het toe ik zou nu eigenlijk druk bezig moeten zijn met het haken van 8 katten voor mijn kegelspel maar dit moest even tussen door ik zag het ineens voor me en heb mijn roze bol katoen gepakt en ben gaan haken uiteindelijk was dit het resultaat ik weet ook nog niet eens of hij al af is ze keek me met grote ogen
