and i thought i d share them along with the answers as it may help you the questions do we encounter the same people repeatedly in lives do i get to experience life with my sister again do you believe in hell since this was aimed at a one on one encounter it s not in the format of a professionally written article as you can imagine i did some editing to polish it up a bit before sharing publicly my answer we have a soul group which we spend time with in between lives on earth we also have lives beyond earth which i often refer to as experiences and note time works differently up inside there but it is linear for our earth experiences this group usually encompasses those we feel a strong connection to in life whether that s parents children partners friends and so on as we can feel that bond with anyone it s usually someone that is in our life for an extended period of time but there are exceptions so we play different roles we swap places and we help each other out as they have a soul group as well so as you can imagine each person has a group and it all has to fit and work with each other s realities at the same time so it can be hard to understand logically as there may be contradictions i ve ran into a few people who i know i ve had past lives with for example and they are likely in my soul group some of them i know 100 for sure as i can intuit it without having to be regressed the best resource to learn about this are the two books journey of souls and destiny of souls by michael newton dolores cannon s book between death and life conversations with a spirit is a good third one to get after studying those first two when we pass we can see those people we have lost in between lives but we can also see them if we explore out of body by having out of body experiences in this life while alive natural techniques unrelated to do with plant medicine or drugs and yes if it s a sister it s likely you ve had lives before with her and you will again it depends how evolved you are as well at the soul level as not all of us are coming back because this is a very special time where many are graduating the earth school or who have already graduated there s a lot of souls who ve come volunteers not star seeds and star seeds for the sole purpose of helping others and the earth shift to a higher vibration s as part of the shift in consciousness the thing is young souls have a very different experience between lives compared to more evolved souls souls that are highly evolved skip certain aspects of the typical process and don t need guides or assistance after finishing up the life they intuitively know where to head and what to do next hell so there s certain things taught by religions not only religions but i m using this as an example that because of group thought forms creates a space in the astral dimension which is actually there you can all that real even though it s still an illusion just like here and now as our experiences are both real and an illusion thought and energy so the popular religions may say such and such exists and it does simply because so many were instructed it existed and they blindly believes it so it gets created and is fed meaning it stays around as you can imagine there s so many different spaces places in the astral dimension lower and upper as a result of thought forms and manifestation and it s not just humans that crate these palces but higher level beings some who have the responsibility of looking after existing spaces and earth is an existing space as an example but the astral itself s not a higher dimensional space we usually call it the 5 th dimension but there s higher dimensions where we go if we know about them and if we are ready at the soul level the highest is the location of course this can be 7 in the 7 dimensional system or 11 or 12 in that system our original origin is source that s my label for it it has no reference or relation to earth and humans so it doesn t need a human name but we have to use something for us to refer to it source is the easiest way to describe it for me it s like a pool of consciousness of everything that ever existed originally it made the choice to split itself up and go and have adventures in lower dimensions existing as both group and individual consciousness in many different forms locations spaces but our higher self is up there next to source that is composed of all our lives and we have lives simultaneously it s best for us to set the intention to head to our higher self upon death and it s a wise idea to do it before death in preparation through out of body experiences so we don t forget and so we are not afraid we also need to raise our frequency to a certain level for this from there we can go to source and return back down to the spiritual centre which is what i like to call the place where we meet our soul groups and plan and review lives if we want to note that you can also go directly to source if you choose to i have had many regression clients i ve been using dolores cannon s qhht method for about 13 years now who go to source in their sessions these are very evolved souls i can tell beforehand in the interview and during the session based on what comes up i don t take them there they end up there as part of the process in the session some ask me to take them there and i do not every makes it a higher percentage go to their higher self a very low percentage are not ready for higher self for different reasons the thing is when we die we forget this life after some including the people in it we can be very very attached and stay down there longer that s what earth bound spirits end up being however they are not the full us but a copy which i won t go into now as it s a lengthy topic so after death we may go to a healing place or not and it will be like waking up from a dream after some time passes our memories fade of that life we return to where we came from before unless we are more evolved and decide to head right to higher self and or source a great book to read it higher self now by william buhlman he s my favourite teacher for out of body exploring he writes about how to prepare for death getting yourself ready to make that transition but he s got other books in this series this is book 4 book three is my favourite adventures in the afterlife so back to hell there are places that are similar to hell simply because people humans at some point created it so if you truly believe it because you ve likely been brainwashed and you feel you are evil you will be attracted to that space when you die and you will go there as you will naturally gravitate towards it it s a very lower vibrational space in the astral and explorers have gone there in the astral while alive to explore it the reason to explore it is that it can help one work with their own demons help them heal one of my teachers mark pritchard belsebuup who taught gnostic teachings including mantras meditation ego work astral projection and a few other things wrote a book about going there and how he liberated a demon to turn to the light his other name is belsebuup he did this while having an out of body experience astral projection i have the book but i can t remember the title and can t find the title after an online search the book is in a box over in nz i have had a lot of direct experience so while i ve read a lot had people teach me things had information come through my clients like in the past life regressions and also done a lot of healing using different modalities i ve been out of body and i ve done plant medicine and had other experiences such as teaching myself to see the aura all this has helped me heal grow spiritually and expand my frequency and consciousness it s helped with my intuition so i get knowings sometimes if something is right or wrong accurate or not and this has helped my life be more efficient as in the path of spiritualty i was able to get around all the inaccurate stud and get straight to the most efficient methods and information in a short period of time my advice is to get into a single focus meditation and try your best not to get caught up in earthly things too much learn about detachment check out buddhist teachings if that resonates as buddhism has some of the most accurate teachings out there it s just they are becoming a bit out dated like many older spiritual systems because of the times here changing and how it s easier to achieve metaphysical results the veil thinning so when stuff happens that impact us and we get emotional which can lead to health issues as all health issues come from our emotional reaction to events there are curses black magic attachment entities etc which can also influence our health we can detach quicker and move on find peace and relax not get stressed and so on meditation helps with intuition it makes it easier to find what we want to accomplish our soul contract and so on it also helps with our ego as once we start seeing how we react and act out of ego rather than the heart space we can stop that occurring and build more heartfelt connections and situations in life 5 2 1
