night time stamping skip to main skip to sidebar tuesday 28 april 2026 numbers time for a new challenge at try it on tuesday and this time we want to see numbers my card is a quick one with distress oxide background random number stamps from woodware typewriter and wording from a magazine stamp set yesterday my computer wouldn t work at all and struggled to edit my card or anything today by some background time for a new challenge at try it on tuesday and this time we would like to seeyou making your own backgrounds for my card i have used one of my favourite techniques of ink smooshing added comments tuesday 17 march 2026 spring time for the next challenge at try it on tuesday and this time we want to see your spring cards pages etc we ve had a couple of sunny days but the last couple of days we ve had torrential rain and gale force winds and its been very cold again my original idea was to use daffodils but i couldn t find the stamp or the die i wanted to use and i ve begun to think maybe i imagined i had them haha anyhow i ve used this very old stampendous stamp and although i ve never seen a bird that looks like this i rather like it hope you will visit the challenge blog and way with both myself and husband being ill for weeks husband is still not well and we seem to spend most of our time between gp surgeries and hospitals however i m finally getting back into doing a bit of crafting this is a page for my graphic 45 album which i started last year or maybe the year before i have a large stash of graphic 45 papers etc which i used to use for vintage collage style cards but they seemed to go out of fashion which is why i started the album i d need to do several albums before i used it all up though anyhow this is my dt piece for try it on tuesday challenge november 2025 snowflakes the new challenge at try it on tuesday is snowflakes this cute snowglobe came with creative stamping magazine this month easy to ink up and cut out so i ve made several christmas cards with it just using some old scrapbook paper and a die cut snowflake the design team have lots of lovely samples to show you over on the challenge site so i hope you will pop over and take a loook posted by joan at 08 00 6 comments tuesday 11 november 2025 get ready for christmas it s beginning to look a lot like christmas at my house as i m in the middle of a christmas card making frenzy at the moment so our new challenge at try it on tuesday of get ready for christmas is very appropriate here for my card i have used a new inkylicious stamp and a holly embossing folder there is a stencil available for this stamp but i don t have that and i thought it fitted quite nicely into one on my die cut circles the design team have some lovely samples over on the challenge site so i use your pretty papers please pop over to the challenge blog which has some lovely samples from the design team for my card i have used left over scraps etc from a 12x12 paper pad that i ve had for years i ve actually made several similar from the same bag of scraps change from usual stamping which i ve enjoyed and also helping me a little way on using up my stash instead of buying more i hope light grunge stamp this is a very big stamp and at first i was only going to use part of it but ended up using the whole stamp in the end three d d a few bits of it and added the round postage stamp
