11 2008 mother s day this poem was posted on the tttc board on the nest thanks to the original poster so1966 very nice poem written by nancy banze this is for the mothers who have sat in rocking chairsfor hours on end trying to sooth a special needs childthat can t be comforted this is for the mothers who gave birth to babiesthey ll never see and the mothers who adopted those babies and love them as their own for the mothers who lost their babies in that precious 9 months whose children they will never get to watchgrow on earth but one day will be reunited with in heaven for the women that are struggling with infertility andwant desperately to be a mom this is for all the mothers who go hungry so their children can eat for those mothers whose children have gone astray and who can t find the words to reach them this is for all the step mothers who raised another woman s child or children and gave their time attention and love sometimes totally unappreciated for all the mothers whose sons and daughters are serving in the military so that we may live in a safer world and for those whose children have sacrificed their lives for our country this is for all of the grandmother s who have stepped in to raise their grandchildren just when they thought their job was done for those mother s helpers and child care workers that pick up where moms leave off this is for foster moms who open their hearts and homes to children who might not have anywhere else to go and no one else to love them for those whose children have fur and bark or meow but nonetheless have a place in their hearts this is for the women whose children have passed away and they didn t get to enjoy enough precious time with their child on this earth this is for the women whose mother s are no longer with us here s to the women who help children through teaching them and who give other people s children love and attention happy mother s day to all the ladies those with children expecting children with pregnancy and all things infertile there is a movement upon us that you might want to join it s rather simple actually a discreet ribbon on your right wrist to signal to others that they are not alone in their struggles as someone who has had 5 m c but am currently 5 months pregnant yeah i wonder who looks at my big belly with sadness because they are in the month to month struggle i and prayer partner who just lost her baby she and her husband have been trying for quite some time and finally got their bfp after their recent iui my heart aches for their loss and hope that god will ages 1 1 2 and 2 1 2 they re adorable and we really enjoyed our time with them especially with the warm wather finally here the little one wasn t feeling well and fell asleep as we were getting ready for church this morning so dave ended up staying at home with him while abby and i went she was so good we went to the park played in the tub and changed lots of diapers it was a nice visit the whole time i couldn t help but watch dave interact with the kids or take in what we were doing at the same time thinking to myself why can t we have this we can obviously handle this so why not us i know god has a plan for us but i m just really struggling to see what it is i m trying to just let it all happen but it s hard that it s not working out according to my own plan i just wish this would all new kids on the block were on i had heard rumors that they were reuniting and just sorta laughed about it seeing them though actually makes giddy like a little school girl back in the day i was still at zero and no matter how much you prepare yourself for it it stings just as much as the first time this was the first time that dave was visibly upset about it he just kept hugging me and telling me how sorry he was that he couldn t give me babies as much as i wanted to cry i had to hold it together for him i m sad i m losing what little hope i had left enough is enough posted by thanks and looking on the bright side of things they aren t all if related but are nonetheless the good things going on with me recently my bf who is struggling with a difficult pregnancy made it to 32 weeks so far 2 people i know who have been struggling with if have both just recently got their bfps i am on spring break and getting a lot accomplished my dh loves me unconditionally warm weather is on its way i have made a lot of new friends and rekindled my friendship with some old friends we have really great family members who help us in any way they can ahhhh doesn t that feel better it s
