bookworm bookworm wednesday february 16 2011 my projects greetings everyone just a note to let you know i sell my projects individually the pictures were taken the way they were by someone i know to tuesday february 15 2011 new pictures greetings everyone i am blogging for the first time in 2011 i will try not to let it be that long before i blog again i have uploaded new pictures i am trying to sell my work to earn my travel expenses between jobs i am now doing home and pet sitting i go into people s homes and look after their animals whilst they are away it means i am being useful i am giving my life to help people my first house sitting job was in upstate new york i lived in a lovely old home and looked after a cat i loved it and picked up two references as i also volunteered at the public library this past year i was in england where i was diagnosed with hypoglycemia that is the opposite of diabetes it means my body does not make enough sugar i have to eat right last july i came back to the usa i re connected with one of my former residence advisors from university i was 25 days resting in the sun and water and getting my health back after that i was three weeks volunteering at fort peck lake in montana i volunteered at mission springs conference center in california i loved it there that was followed by twenty days in the mountains in on the border of california and nevada then twenty five days in hawaii i returned to montana on 22 november i was in the flathead lake area where i re connected with jan whom i ived next door to at university jan knows me better than i know myself we spoke many times by telephone we saw each other for the first time in years on 3 january it was like we had never been apart jan suggested i try house sitting i am going to my second house sitting placement in minnesota this thursday i will be there three weeks i need to raise the funds to travel between places if you see something you like please e mail me there are also lovely easter cards in addition to the projects i have already posted pictures of i have sewn the teddy bear by hand i do not use a machine on any of my craft projects i love cross stitching and sewing stuffed animals as i know my projects will bring joy to someone i am desperately trying to raise money by selling my work i will need this for travel the last week of february and also for living expenses if anyone would like to buy something please e mail me godfrey0812 gmail com we will agree on a price i can take payment by domestic or international money order in united states currency i will also take orders for anything you see that you would like if you would like a teddy bear in a certain colour please let me know and i will see what i can do the teddy bear is around 18 inches tall i make the easter cards with different card backgrounds if you would like a certain colour back ground i have red light and bright green light and bright blue pink light and
