addicted much pages home about me inspiration tuesday october 31 2017 amazing it has been a long time since i have posted feels good to come back and share some projects today i am sharing a layout created for creative embellishments and was inspired from stuck sketches the creative embellishments challenge was to be inspired by something from this image and the layout was to be in black and white a little color was permitted i was inspired by stuck sketch by laura i was inspired by the butterflies i have been holding onto these ce beautiful butterflies for some time i also used one of my favorite corner pieces they say there are no mistakes in scrapbooking just creative explorations i was going to use this picture in color and the rest of the layout in black and white with two pink flowers well things got messy and inked up the color photo so layered it with a black and white photo and because my son an i were playing with gelato s add a little color but i couldn t help it pinterest thursday august 25 2016 the original today i am sharing a layout i created of my dad he suddenly passed away in march i miss him so very much life is just not the same without him he was the dad that always brought me to school on the first day every year he would come home with flowers for us girls just because he was the first phone call of the day on my birthday he was the dad that taught me how to change a tire filter break light and the list goes on he was the dad who rocked out with me to metallica on the drive to school he introduced me to the love of coffee and james bond movies he even gained weight with me while pregnant for my first child he was the true epitome of a family man it was an honor to be one of lloyd s girls he is the original man miss you so today i am kaisercraft friday january 8 2016 here now hello today i am sharing a quick tutorial on how i created my here now layout using papers from the bobunny sleigh ride collection my amazing photographer barb weir photography captured this really cute picture of my son this picture captures his personality he was doing his cool kid model pose as he calls it my layout was based on the creative scrapbooker sketchy challenge here is the sketch my layout is based on kelly klapstein i cut one 6x12 pieces from the bobunny sleigh ride tradition 12x12 paper and a 6x12 inch piece from the bobunny sleigh ride logs 12x12 paper one 1x12 inch piece of white card stock along with a 4x6 piece of white card stock for my photo mat i adhered these two a 12x12 piece of pattern paper my goal was to have a little light color peeking around the edges as i distressed all three pieces i then cut some stickers in half from the fabulous bobunny sleigh ride combo 12x12 sticker sheet and adhered it behind my picture i wanted a wood feel layout and cut out some of my branches and adhered them to the bottom left corner of my layout i then layered my snowflake die cuts with stickers again taken from the
