happened in the last few years which i would rather not mention covid let us look forward to the peaches plums and cherries my most important new year s resolution is to endeavour to improve my thoughts mental health i must transform my negativity to positivity i must now refocus on good words like super fantastic superb stunning spectacular excellent brilliant lovely beautiful and so on presently i am practising this every day and i am pleased to say that although they are baby steps i have taken the first step i am chuffed my fervent desire is to become a better person in 2023 then
