excess is much harmful to them and they choose a wrong way so there are some steps you should follow when you feel negativity stop whatever you are doing which causes negativity change the topic or work and do something new which gives you joy stop thinking about your failure and unfulfilled desires sometime it causes of negativity whenever you feel negativity think about your positive thoughts your achievements your small success and about the things which gives you joy pleasure change your mind in other direction do whatever you like do your hobbies like writing singing painting etc it will consume your whole negativity and free your mind get motivated by any method like watching motivational videos inspiring movies like chak de india gravity martian pursuit of happiness etc there मे जा रहे हैं हम यार यहां ना कोई किसी का है ना अपनापन है बस अपना स्वार्थ अपना मतलब है रिश्ते तो जैसे बस disposal की तरह हो गए हैं use and throw हर रिश्ता यहां दम तोड़ रहा है जब तक मतलब है हर रिश्ता प्यारा लगता है हर कोई अच्छा लगता है जैसे ही मतलब निकला तब शायद दुनिया मे सबसे ज्यादा नफरत उसी से होती है क्यों क्या बस अपने लिए जीना ही जिंदगी होती है इस दुनिया मे इंसानियत नाम की कोई चीज़ होती है जो शायद अब इंसान के लालच और स्वार्थ के आगे अपने अंत के करीब पहुँच चुकी है यार अपने लिए तो जानवर भी जीता है तुम तो इंसान हो थोड़ी बहुत तो इंसानियत दिखाओ दूसरों के लिए तो दूर की बात है चलो अपनो के लिए ही दया दिखा दो उनके दर्द को भी समझ लो तो बहुत है लेकिन ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है लोग सिर्फ अपने और अपने मतलब के लिए जी रहे है ये जो प्राकृतिक आपदाएं ओर तबाही आ रही है इसके लिए कोई और नही सिर्फ इंसान ओर सिर्फ इंसान ही जिम्मेदार है अब प्रकृति भी तेरे लालच ओर मतलब से परेशान हो गयी है आज जब में देखता हूँ तो भाई भाई का नही है बेटा बेटी मां बाप के नही है लोग अपनो से ज्यादा दुसरो को महत्व देते हैं उनकी बाते मानते है और इसी वजह से आज परिवार टूट रहे है पहले परिवार एक दूसरे का सहारा हुआ करता है लेकिन अब अपने मतलब के लिए जमीन के टुकड़े के लिए जायदाद के लिए ओर अपनी झूठी इज्जत के लिए एक दूसरे के सबसे बड़े दुश्मन बन बैठे हैं लोग क्यों नही समझते की जिंदगी इनका नाम नही है ये तो ईश्वर का बहुत खूबसूरत तोहफा है इसे ऐसे नश्वर चीजो के पीछे मत बिगाड़ो पर अब लगता है जैसे इंसान अपने स्वार्थ के अंधेपन में इतनी दूर निकल गया है जहाँ से वापस आना नामुमकिन है क्या अब इंसान ने इतना विकास कर लिया है कि उसे अब किसी के सहारे की जरूरत नही पड़ेगी अगर ऐसा है तो ये बिल्कुल गलत है ये हमने इस महामारी में देख लिया कि कैसे बड़े बड़े महाशक्ति ओर विकसित देशों को भी मदद की जरूरत पड़ी थी इसलिए अपने आप को सर्वेसर्वा मानना और मतलब के लिए जीना सर्वथा गलत और अनुचित है जिसका भविष्य में बहोत भारी दुष्परिणाम भुगतना पड़ सकता है शायद यही मशीनी युग है जहाँ इंसान मशीन बनकर रह गया है मशीनों की तरह अब इंसानो में भी भावनायें और संवेदनायें की कमी हो गयी है एक बार अपने लालच मतलब औऱ स्वार्थ को अलग रख कर इंसानियत के लिए जी कर देखो शायद जीने का रो कर मैं क्यों गुजारूं इसीलिए जो मिलता हैं राहो में उनसे मुस्कुरा के चलता हूं बड़ा हसीं है जिंदगी का सफर बस थोड़ा हंस कर चलना है हर मिलने वाले से दिल खोल कर मिलना है मैं तो इक राही हुँ मंजिल का मुझे तो मंजिल तक जाना है क्यों रोऊँ मैं हर दफा मुझे तो ये ज़िन्दगी हंस कर बिताना है जिन्दगी ने जो कर्ज दिए वो चुकाते जा रहा हूँ जिंदगी ने जो फ़र्ज़ दिए वो निभाते जा रहा हूँ मैं तो मुसाफ़िर हूँ यारों अपनी राहों का बस इन्हीं राहों पर गुनगुनाते जा रहा हूँ ना कोई ठौर है ना कोई ठिकाना है मैं तो बस एक राही हूँ मुझे तो चलते जाना है ना कोई अपना ना बेगाना है सब इसी मंजिल के तो राही है सबकों यूँ ही चलते जाना है
