missouri gal missouri gal i love to take photos make quilts and camping most of my photos are taken around missouri the state i was born and raised in i hope you enjoy my photos and love my great state as much as i do sunday november 1 2020 happy halloween 2020 the last camping trip of 2020 once again we went to hanson hills campground it is close to my house in the same county so i can drive the rv myself my husband follows me and helps me set up but i am there at night with one of my corgis rascal it was a chilly on thursday and the night dropped into the 20s i used a space heater and opened all cabinet doors so heat could get to my pipes friday was beautiful only in the 50s saturday was halloween and it was warm but very windy the kids had a great time the campgrounds had games and hayrides for the kids there was a chili cook off and a kettle corn vendor right next to our campsite my grandson and daughter came up on halloween for the festivities and brought their dog molly the 2 year old goldendoodle i hate camping is coming to an end especially since it started so late but it gives me something to look forward to next spring i hope 2021 is covid free and life returns to normal my daughter my grandson granddog molly let s go fly a kite rascal was my watch dog thursday afternoon i like going on thurs the campground is quiet a little wine iron horse kettle corn my o lantern kettle cormn pumpkins sunday july 5 2020 happy july july came in with major heat and a lot of sunshine we had my daughter her boyfriend and grandson for festivities who lost his 3rg tooth the grandson and i bought every parachute firework we could find at a tent i got a few rockets my personal favorite and we had a great time watching my daughter light each one i finally blew up the pool float my sister got my grandson for a christmas gift needless to say it is a hit and the neighbor boy had to try it out as well on friday i took a stroll through the raised beds too and everything looks good i hope to be picking blackberries soon too i try to keep thing positive and not focus on the corona virus and i pray it goes away soon and for good tucker the neighbor dog my 1st camping trip of 2020 the corona virus has put a damper on a lot of things this year but we finally went camping it was hot and humid but we had fun we did not take the dogs because of the heat and they are getting older but we met our friends there and shared drinks and laughs so great to get out and looking forward to going again our spots our kids in the sand box going for a walk to the ponds
