of tis for pay i switched branches to the army national guard in august 2023 to commission through the rotc smp program when i switched branches they reset my pay entry basic date pebd was enlisted in air force reserve had a dd368 conditional release to commission my pay has been incorrect for years i have spent dozens of hours attempting to fix the problem over the past nearly 3 years to no avail the pebd reset also lost my 1606 gi bill date of eligibility the system the va uses seems tied to the pebd as well i was in rotc getting my master s degree working full time as a grant administrator in the small college town my rotc program was in that gi bill would have helped a lot at the time the va sent repeated denial letters for several years citing the new date of eligibility rotc and my
