in with the guys who think just because im also a trans guy that i think transandrophobia is real or im cool with transmisogyny idk really why im sending this ask to you i might not tbh your blog has just been a really big part of me learning about transmisogyny and learning how to be a better ally to trans women your blog is so so important and im glad its reached as many people as it has mousidy sincerely i very much hope that this fear doesn t continue to hold you back transition is magical and if you do discover it s right for you i hope you get to experience the full beauty of it i definitely spend a lot of time harshly critiquing transmisogynistic behaviors and writing about how they are weaponized by those in positions of greater privilege than us but the thing about privilege is it s not a dirty word privilege can be used to defend and uplift those in more vulnerable positions than you and that s a wonderful thing from my perspective transmasc communities need more people like you who put care into allying with those more vulnerable and who don t buy into the misogynistic rhetoric being spread a beautiful future can be built if true solidarity is sought so from the bottom of my heart i hope your decision to transition or not to transition can be unclouded by any sense of guilt by association i hope you can embody your decision fully and joyfully that s a freedom
