tasha and matt skip to main skip to sidebar tasha and matt tuesday october 6 2009 engagement first time we ever hung out that s right matt and i are engaged we are getting married on june 4th 2010 it seems like forever away but it will be here before you know it he asked me on july 4th at the henefer fireworks july 4th is my favorite holiday there s nothing better than fireworks and some bling right i feel so dumb because i can t even remember what he said because i was in shock and of course i started crying it s so weird looking back over the four years that we have been together and what we have been through the first time i ever hung out with matt i was trying to getmy old roomie amanda and him together then that didn t work so i tried to hook him up with kortney that didn t work our first date we went to the olive garden and i remember coming home and tell everyone what a freak he was and how i could never go out with him again now look at us i can t get enough of him i freak out when he isn t around i didn t even see it coming but kortney so tired to tell me if it wasn t for kortney i m 100 percent sure that matt and i wouldn t be together today i can t thank that girl enough expecting a little girl on jan 9th 2010 the first five months i just wanted to die i ve never been so sick thank god for matt he as been so amazing he has been doing all the cooking all the cleaning and being a massage therapist at night i m doing a lot better these day just some lower back pain but thanks to matt and his massaging skills i m hanging in there thanks sweetie we are really excited because we found a super deal on a crib mattress and changing table on ksl the lady told us 100 00 for both and when we got to her house she only charged us 60 00 sweet we are going to name her alexis jeanette gibbons it was kinda weird matt and i were laying in bed going over names we both said alexis at the same time so we had to go with it jeanette is matt s mother name i can t say enough about jeanette she is an incredible lady and going to amazing grandma after we texted her we were having a girl within two hours we went over to matt s parents house to share the pictures jeanette already had three outfits for her i swear every time we go over there she has got something new for her i have no doubt in my mind that alexis is going to very spoiled i don t think matt and i will ever have 2008 bugged okay so i m not sure what the hell is wrong with me i m going to have a melt down over something so small i know this is going to sound a little childish but i need to vent the other day was my birthday so i got onto the internet to check my facebook account to see if anyone had wished my a birthday which they didn t i m very hurt j k well when i got on there i found out that two of my ex boyfriend are getting married i don t know why it bugged me so bad but it does i dumped them i would never marry them i didn t even really love them it was just puppy love then i got onto my myspace account and found out that another one of my ex boyfriends were getting married three out of five of them are getting married and decided to post it on my birthday it totally made me sick to my stomach i want to be so happy for them but i can t if you could only see the girls they are marrying i know i m not the prettiest girl ever but holy cow those girls are ugly i can t even believe that they would even give those ugly girls the time and day i feel like i m the only one in the world right now that isn t married i know i m only 23 but holy cow everyone around me is married and the big question well i guess when i put it that way i will be there forever it s a really small i mean small house my grandma and grandpa have been helping me this last week with all the cleaning and painting what a job it has been there is no way i could have done it without them i hope it will be ready to move in this week or next week sometime i m so excited to have my own place it will be heaven this winter not driving weber canyon everyday it s going to be a big change for me not going to walmart at 2 in the morning or grabbing fast food for every meal posted by tasha and matt at 11 again scary i know i m now in the performing group celtic beat we are going to perform on october 11th i m asked everyone to come we need a big turn out i m not sure if i will be dancing in the show yet i don t know any of the dances but maybe a miracle will happen and i will learn one or two before then the tickets are 8 00 at the door but i m selling them for 6 00 if you would like some please you that know me know that i don t have the greatest relationship with my parents well about two weeks ago my mom and i got into this huge fight she called me up and asks for my true opinion and i gave it and she didn t really care for it so my mom and my step dad ray kicked me out of the house i didn t really know what to do my wonderful boyfriend matt and his family asked me to come stay with them tell i can get my feet back on the ground i m not going to lie it was so hard for my i think going to the bathroom was the hardest becasue the bathroom is right next to his moms and dads bedroom and i know for a fact they can hear me going i m just waiting for the day i have to go number 2 and i stink up the whole place they have been so welcoming and loving i m one lucky girl to have them in
