pieces of dreams followers saturday 13 april 2019 a magnolia card for easter i ve been busy over the past couple of weeks and not in making cards the gcse exams are fast approaching and i m trying to cram two years school knowledge of multiple subjects into one carefree teenager over one month now that s going some i ve painted tilda with distress inks and framed her with spellbinder dies adding a couple of little pearly hearts the basket is a doohickey die from an autumn box the leaves are also flowers are a mix from my stash gathered over the years i found some daffodils hiding in one of the boxes and they add a nice splash of colour to match the chicks the papers are maja and the shape has been cut using go kreate dies there is some cotton lace a doily and a double bow with a pearly tilda yesterday i inked up one of my new tilda s and made this card i hope you like it selfie tilda has her phone always in her hand just like someone we all know i painted her with distress re inkers and added some glamour dust to her shoes and phone apologies for the wonky card i was trying to balance it and take a photograph at the same time the papers are maja and i am desperate to buy more no one has a choice collections in the uk and i adore maja papers the easel shape is cut with gokreate dies and the daisy border die is joy craft cut and separated to form a circle the tag on the base opens for a greeting there is cheesecloth around the image a paper doily to one side some cotton lace a lace bow with a pearly heart a painted wooden heart and pink and white flowers with doohickey showing a card i made a few weeks back i hope you like it the card and maja papers were cut with gokreate dies most of the dies are doohicky apart from the butterflies the tag is removable tilda was pinted with distress re inkers and i have scattered gems and pearls onto the image pretty lace is added for a girly feel the tag opens for a secret message thank you for visiting my blog have a lovely pokadoodles winnie just for you pokadoodles card this is the first pokadoodles stamp i have bought and now i have ordered four more looks like i m hooked having fallen in love with little winnie i have used matching pokadoodles papers the card is cut using gokreate dies and i have added a border of butterflies above it a paper doily a small painted wooden heart a white lace bow and a wider lace trim finish the card with some flowers and roses in matching colours to the image on the base of the easel is a tag cut with a magnolia die i made it to open for a secret message and topped it with another lace bow with a pearly heart winnie has been painted with distress inks on watercolour paper with glamour dust on her petticoat and daisies love this sweet image hope you like her too hugs
