ared her out of a week s growth the freezer cabinet where the ready meals are stored had just been filled so i pretty much emptied it another guy was just paying for a newspaper and munchies so i waited until he d done and then put my purchases on the checkout there was nobody else in the store so i chatted with her and business was really quiet at the weekends apparently the milk deliveries from one supplier were always smelling off when they were delivered so they ve switched suppliers to sainsburys which is a good thing i noticed that the shelves where the milk used to be stored were empty sure sign that they hadn t been working properly i also noticed that there were bags of doughnuts at 1 each so i had two bags of custard doughnuts and she marked them down to 75p each i wished her well and headed home after cracking a joke the walk back was uncomfortable as my new right shoe was rubbing on the right side of my leg just above the ankle but there was no damage and i got home ok everything is now packed away and all i have to do now is stay awake until 2pm when i can chat with mum right now i have a race to do then i ll check facebook again 10 56 03 the racing was fun but i was starting to get tired eyes so i quit after 2 races now to check facebook 11 53 49 the cold wind is still with and there s rain forecast again time to give frank a meal to zap and endure dried out chips my insides are sore farting is finally giving way to the arrival of momma nature so i m off to the loo as soon as my lunch is heating up 13 33 26 i watched 2 episodes of thunderbirds are go newspaper is asking why trump is still free another reported that russian submarines are circling britain and typhoon combat jets are having to scramble on a regular basis to intercept russian bombers it seems putin is feeling antagonistic he wants to restore the russian empire so he s terrorising neighbouring countries in an effort to stop them joining nato meanwhile his only political opponent mr time on facebook chatting with anna and finishing a bit earlier than planned so i ate then read the news now to do my echores 00 29 38 echores all done now for some pc housekeeping and then i ll have a nap i don t feel tired just lacking in energy 02 18 53 i slept well for over an hour so i am feeling a bit more alert be alert your country needs lerts time to check facebook then i ll do some stuff on you tube 05 08 11 facebook was interesting then i went on you tube to catch up with george floyd s murder trial the prosecution bringing in witnesses from teenagers to the cctv despatch operator looks like more than one police officer is going to go to jail their captain giving evidence against his own officers that what they did that day was against policy training and procedure the trouble with the american police is that they can literally get away with murder but not in this case it was recorded and witnessed by far too many people and now the only defence the officer s lawyer could frozen food today and try again tomorrow i applied volterol to both hips so it should be dry by 10am ironic that my hips should start hurting when i m steadily losing weight oh well back to you tube 10 09 04 i forgot the food delivery usually shows up at 11am so i ll wait until 1pm so i can be sure the shelves have been filled my hips are still aching so the volterol hasn t kicked in yet 12 52 14 nearly time to go and my insides are acting up guess i ll have to wait for momma nature to do her thing 14 40 00 i was getting mild discomfort and farting for fun so i decided to leave the trip to the shop until tomorrow morning it was just as well as we have sleet coming down hard i did some racing but my eyes started to ache so i quit after the second race now to check my email and facebook 15 14 news reports from america now to do my echores while i listen to tyt 01 12 09 echores and facebook done time to race 03 39 14 i quit to take a break from racing and check my email and facebook i needed the heating earlier but now it is 22 c and i m wearing boxers socks and a t shirt summer will soon be with us 07 00 16 just had a heart stopping moment when my pc began to freeze up so i was forced to manually shut it down the hold power button down and pray moment fortunately my pc and windows 10 were up to the task after my cold restart it took a little longer but it booted up now i ve recovered real player which wiped its clips queue i m off for something less of a rush and go race to settle my nerves 14 36 09 i raced until 8am then went to bed sleeping until 2pm when i was awakened by my neighbours playing football i m going to avoid eating until 6pm to keep my diet on track now to check my email and facebook 15 32 12 all done for now the football has stopped but now i m wide awake i m going to try and get an early night so i can get my sleep pattern back on track i m supposed to phone mum tomorrow but i don t know if i ll be awake in time oh joy 19 12 41 i did some racing and lasted a lot longer than i usually do presumably because my neck muscles are getting used to the weight of the headset i missed breakfast and had lunch at 6pm taking a metformin pill i ll sampling later but when needs must 10 16 39 i went back to bed and had a series of really good dreams waking at 9 53am i tried to go back to sleep but once awake i had to get up now to check my email and facebook 10 58 12 i had no email and over 100 notifications on facebook but i cleared them all now to phone mum 11 57 38 mum and i had a good chat so she s happy i turned off my alarm as i m up and about so now i have an hour to kill and i have a bunch of you tube clips to watch so i m going to do that i wish i didn t have to go for the blood extraction and i m very hungry but when needs must now for you tube 13 09 33 you tube was a time sink i got stressed and got dressed early so i m 10 minutes ahead of schedule i m going to sort out my jacket and equip myself with everything i need in a moment my insides are on alert though so i may need a second trip to the loo oh great i have the shits 13 26 14 just phoned the surgery and got the dates changed now i have to wait until tomorrow to get the milk replaced as i can t risk being away from any plumbing oh well time to zap a ready meal and once i ve eaten i ll take my meds meanwhile back to you tube i go 17 04 27 the you tube clips 14 march 2021 00 14 31 i had a weird dream and woke at midnight now to do my echores then i ll head for facebook 01 37 04 all done for another evening time for some milk and a few more hour s sleep 09 14 35 i had another vivid dream culminating with a loud whistle that had me snap awake i went for a leak went back to bed but i have cordial to obtain so i got up very reluctantly and fired up the heating i can t go until i ve had a visit from momma nature so as soon as that s done i ll get dressed and go now to check my email and facebook 09 53 13 nearly time to phone mum better shut down and go for a leak this will take a while 11 29 37 momma nature called as i was shutting down my pc so i took care of that and then phoned mum we had a good chat about her experiences with being locked in the tower of london three times and other stuff then we wished each other well and i went back to the loo before dressing for the trip to the shop the walk down was uneventful saying good morning to my neighbour s son who was playing with his football and got to the store as it started raining inside janice and the young girl were working so we said hi and i collected assorted cordials 2 flavours of lucozade and some sweets i also found 2 packets of crumpets so i snaffled them for my dinner later fully loaded and paid for i headed home as the rain stopped once back i put everything away and now i m waiting for 12 45pm when i ll toast the crumpets i feel tired after my trip out but feel no pain which is good now to check facebook 11 52 03 facebook done now for food 13 42 37 i ate 3 crumpets and a bag of chocolate peanuts cheat day raced for a while then went to wash my hair and my phone rang really weirdly it was pat so i called her back and apparently the friend request i sent to her hadn t got through i washed my hair and now i m going to re issue the friend request 13 57 43 turns out pat didn t accept my friend request and ignored the message i sent her i assume because she didn t know i d changed my name when i replaced my old facebook account oh well 14 21 14 well my hair is almost dry so i m off for a nap the rain is back which is a pain good job i have nowhere to go today 15 14 50 hunger made sleep impossible so i just meditated instead now to check you tube and see what is happening in america 17 39 15 well the 1 9trillion covid relief bill went through with no republicans voting for it despite 65 of their voters being in favour of it 75 of the population over all republicans are all in favour of massive tax cuts for their donors but the common citizen counts for nothing as far as they are concerned still the money is desperately needed as once the eviction moratorium ends a lot of american families are going to lose their homes hopefully this will
