you we all have things we are afraid of uncertain economic times health struggles the future of our children aging parents global warming but we have to choose to trust in god and understand that he we might find it difficult to see ourselves as worthy or positively we may not be able to find the motivation to do anything other than getting out of bed we may feel weighed down by worry it s a place that is difficult to see the light but i urge you to look for the small moments in your day that make you smile and lift your spirits even just for a short while yes there is chaos around for friends and my home all things that have been neglected for far too long i m happy to say that life is looking more positive peaceful and hopeful image found on pinterest when times are tough and you re not well it s very easy to be sad angry hopeless and faithless if you can focus on one thing to fix everything else will fall into place when you pray god hears your despair and lifts you up out of your misery when you eat better your body becomes stronger and more powerful when you learn to ask for help the people who love you will run to your aid when you make the effort to seek professional medical care you will heal it all takes just a little bit of effort but it is possible to feel happy positive and well don t give up hello my friends april 14 2026 2 comments it s amazing how quickly time can go by when you re feeling happier healthier and ready to get back to the business of living am i completely healed not by a long shot i still have ms i still have neuropathy i still have type 2 diabetes i still have a multitude of chronic illnesses but through therapy support and love from my family and friends and medications i am managing much better than i did even a few months ago i feel motivated once again to care for my home myself and my family i have more energy to move my body and my strength is returning i have more interest in doing things i enjoy like walking my dog doing yoga reading and visiting with friends things that still need some work and time are building my confidence to drive alone whether it be to get to appointments or meet up with friends but i m getting there one day at a time i m still learning the diabetes diet but with persistence i will master it i ve introduced more prayer to my life especially at night when i m winding down for bed i find it s helping me sleep better which is a problem i ve been dealing with for a very long time so this new improvement is a welcome one life is never perfect for anyone but it can be better with a a comment i ve been preoccupied with some family stuff sadly mourning the loss of a cousin who passed last week although his presence here on earth will be missed my prayer for his pain to be alleviated was answered i am grateful that god welcomed him into his heavenly home and i continue to pray for everyone who loved him to find comfort and peace knowing he s no longer suffering thank you for waiting patiently for a new post hopefully next week i will get back into my writing routine he believed in helping his community and did so much for so many he cared deeply about his friends and family he will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him rest in peace cousin i got to have a nice visit in november with him and his lovely wife i m so glad my husband and i made
