ever can i run the event solo yes ragnar now offers options to compete as an individual runner at select trail events options include 24 hour and 6 hour runs which require running as much distance as participants under the age of 18 will be required to have a minor waiver signed by a parent legal guardian those under 12 years of age are restricted however ragnar will consider formal requests for
