6 scotts 6 scotts life is a journey and only you hold the map 3 13 2012 s e v e n y e a r s seth and i celebrated our 7 year anniversary on march 5th by chasing around our 4 children cleaning up their messes doing homework and getting swayzee down from whatever she had climbed up on i wouldn t have it any other way who am i kidding here i d love to not have to clean up so many messes maybe be able to relax a little more but this is our life and we are happy i feel like our life together just began i m so excited for whatever else is in store for us i love sethy poo a lot i m glad i married him and that he is the father of my children he is a stellar guy he also lets me watch my shows on t v at night he s nice like that here s to s e v e n years nine years together who knew i could put up with someone that long or is it the other way around no it s not i m a great catch even when i m moody or stubborn at least i do all the laundry and make him delicious food and clean up messes to name a few ok i guess we ll call it even he does work all day for me to be able to stay home and clean up messes either way i like him a lot i ll think i ll keep him around for a while longer posted by some of the most significant times in my life my memory is bad but i remember clearly each one of those days and mykelle s too i just don t have her test anymore i think seth threw it away it s fine things to do together play board games and cards puzzle races cook together trey really likes to cut things up and use the can opener mykelle likes to crack eggs and stir things swayzee likes to help pour things in the bowl and she loves to lick the mixers as soon as she hears them she comes running in the kitchen and waits patiently to lick them play transformers and cops build forts dance parties in the living room movie theaters crafts tell stories and afternoon walks someone pinned this on pinterest last night and if i m being honest it made me all teary eyed gosh i just want to do it right i want to be the kind of mom that when they grow up they will say that there are so many things they learned from me things they loved about growing up that they loved their childhood i m so thankful for the opportunity to be their mother god loves and trusts me enough to send me these most amazing gifts i just want to do right by them that s all images are from my cell phone so they are babies on valentine s day swayzee is potty trained and loves running around naked joslynn s first ponytail mykelle is losing her teeth left and right i think joslynn looks just like her daddy my hair is getting so long again it sure is a lot of work when it is long but i really love all the fun things i can do with it i ve been running again with the kids in tow and she is just a delight when she is in the stroller she loves it trey is such a fun kid to be with i m going to be so sad when he isn t around all day jackie and i went to globetrotters last week and we had a blast with the girls
