to continue the wordpress friendships i have formed on the way welcome thank you for stopping by my site who i am you are now entering the domain of a middle aged scribbler mom i am an ink slinging aspiring poet searching for a deeper sense of self what it s all about this blog began as a sassy i ll show you response to a friend who challenged me to write daily i am grateful because it has become so much more it has become a place of connection with other bloggers hortus closus a writer s path the haunted lullaby healing pilgrim a place of inspiration and a place to creatively try new ideas expect the unexpected several years ago i left the safety and security of running on paved city pathways to explore going off the beaten path with trail running today writing takes me well away from the safety and security of what i know and do think type a dental hygienist i never know where inspiration will lead what about you i hope you will be engaged and stimulated through my writing i hope you will be inspired to have a conversation with myself and others through leaving a comment and your opinion and i hope you will be inspired to follow i may not have reached where i intended to
