shiki saturday november 8 2014 shiki news quick update about blog and youtube channel hi friends first of all let me start off by apologizing for the lack of updates as you know shiki closed its doors inworld back in august of 2014 so it s been two months since and i have been busy with some projects i d started to work on about a year ago as some of you might know i started writing over a year ago mostly about travel and food as both of these are what i m passionate about as i continued to write i decided to start a blog along the way and if that wasn t enough i started a youtube channel about 2 months ago so while i m still debating whether i should start designing for shiki inworld again remains to be determined i would like to invite you to see what i ve been doing outside of second life my main focus for both the blog and youtube channels are food and travel which means lots of travel stories food reviews and unique recipes cooked up in my tiny urban kitchen in tokyo it would be 20 2014 shiki is now closed to all shiki fans and loyal customers my name is shinichi mathy the owner and designer of the shiki brand in sl i am sad to inform you that i have decided to close shiki all shiki landmarks will no longer work as the sim has been sold off to a buyer i would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the love and support you have all given me throughtout my career in sl i have enjoyed every step of the way and cherish the memories i have had with designing in sl during my time in sl i ve been fortunate to have met some of the most awesome people including my loyal customers my vip members and colleagues whom i ve had the privilege and honor to have worked with finally i would like to thank everyone for allowing me to share my creativity in this virtual world it s been a great ride and although it has ended for now who knows what the future holds for now the former shiki has ended however i have plans to open a smaller boutique style
