are in the middle of a blizzard ingredients 4 1 2 baking potatoes 1 3 cup butter 1 3 cup all purpose flour 3 cups whole milk 3 4 teaspoon salt 1 2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 4 cup bacon bits divided 2 green onions chopped 5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 1 2 8 ounce container sour cream directions prick potatoes with a fork and cook in the microwave 3 or 4 at a time and scoop out the
