powershell script you must run the following script in order for the govdash application to have the limited site scope applied you can run this script as many times as you like with different site permissions to the limited scope app for your organization please sign into the integration with your microsoft account using the steps below within the data library click upload files select the sharepoint tab within the upload window select your tenant from the list then select add new account sign in using your microsoft account and if sign in is successful you should see a success alert within govdash letting you know the account was linked signing in with your microsoft account once you ve got your tenant connected you must link your individual microsoft account to govdash to begin uploading your files this process can be completed anywhere within govdash that you can upload from sharepoint but below is an example using the data library within the data library click upload files select the sharepoint tab within the upload window select your tenant from the list then select add new account sign in using your microsoft account and if sign in is successful you should see a success alert within govdash letting you know the account was linked using sharepoint with govdash by using sharepoint in govdash you can upload files directly from your sharepoint folders and libraries in several areas that govdash allows you to upload files as well as export your govdash generated proposals into sharepoint important sharepoint site permission requirements in order for you to be able to access a sharepoint site within the integration you must be a member of the sharepoint site you re trying to access without the member permission the site will not appear within the list of sharepoint sites in govdash adding sharepoint files to govdash to add your sharepoint files to govdash in these areas click the sharepoint tab within the upload window to access the sharepoint tenant list select your tenant select your microsoft 365 account and you will then be brought to your sharepoint site list select the site where your desired files are located navigate to the folder where the file is located and click the checkbox next to the file to add it to the upload queue if the field you re uploading files to supports multiple file uploads you can attach as many files as you d like using the checkboxes you can also bulk select all files within a folder by using the checkbox in the top header you may select up to 100 files per upload once you ve finished selecting your files click the continue button and then the confirm button on the review page to upload your documents to govdash you may also mark any documents sensitive from this page using the bulk or individual file setting under the not set drop down please note your sharepoint documents are synced with govdash so any changes you make to them in sharepoint will sync to govdash these are not uploaded as is as a separate document in govdash pinning sites if you work out of the same sharepoint sites again and again you can pin them so they always appear at the top of your site list open the sharepoint site list from anywhere you upload from or export to sharepoint for example upload files the sharepoint tab in the data library hover over the site you want and click the pin icon on the right side of the site row the site immediately moves to the top of your list and its pin icon fills in to show it s pinned to unpin a site click the filled pin icon again the tooltip reads unpin site the site drops back into its normal place in the list your pinned sites are saved to your own govdash preferences for that team and microsoft tenant so they stay pinned the next time you open the site list pinning is personal it doesn t change the site list for anyone else on your team and pinning sites in one microsoft tenant doesn t affect your list in another exporting proposals to sharepoint to export your generated proposals from govdash to sharepoint click the three dot menu button under the actions column in the proposal versions tab and select export to sharepoint enter your desired file name for the proposal and click select directory select your sharepoint tenant and account navigate to the sharepoint site and folder you want to save your proposal to and click export here to export the document to sharepoint linking sharepoint folders linking a sharepoint folder to your opportunity allows you to monitor new or removed documents added to a specific folder to quickly add them to your opportunity contract or resume documents to link a sharepoint folder navigate to your opportunity s documents tab contract s documents tab or data library people and click link sharepoint folder within the sharepoint folder sync window navigate to the folder you wish to link to your opportunity and click the link button to confirm your linked folder will display in the sharepoint folder sync window adding documents from linked folders once your folder is linked simply click the folder in the list to bring up the documents present within the folder here you can choose to upload some or all files within the folder quickly tracking file changes after linking your folder govdash will alert you to any changes within the linked folder within sharepoint whether files are added or removed you will be notified in app as well as a visual notification will show on the documents tab of your opportunity or contract or at the top of your people tab in data library by clicking the review button you can review any new or removed files and quickly add them or remove old deleted files to your opportunity govdash will scan for new changes every 5 minutes auto syncing new files you can enable auto sync to automatically import recommended files on synced folders recommended files are files that govdash can make the best use of within your opportunities contracts or resumes files that are not recommended will need to be manually approved in order to import before setting up auto sync you are required to specify what the classification level of every document being added to that sharepoint folder will be for more granular control of classifications on a document by document basis we do not recommend using auto sync recommended document types the types of documents that govdash recommends and will automatically sync are as follows auto syncing resumes in the data library resume auto syncing documents in capture rfp rfi rfq amendment sources sought pws sow statement of objectives ito questionnaire task order government qa responses wage determinations level of effort auto syncing documents in contract contract award summary task order subcontract agreement contract modification sow pws statement of objectives past performance volume past performance summary deliverables monthly status report meeting minutes cpars disconnected documents in the event that a synced file on your sharepoint gets deleted or moved from the site it is located on you will need to relink the files within govdash in order for the documents to sync with sharepoint again you can access the list of files that govdash will need to be relinked to within the data library if you have any documents that need to be relinked a button will appear in the top right labeled view disconnected sharepoint documents with a file count showing the number of documents that are not connected relinking documents once within the disconnected sharepoint documents page all disconnected files will appear in the list with their file name the document location the dates they were originally uploaded and subsequently deleted and an associated relink button clicking the relink button will open the sharepoint integration interface and allow you to navigate through the sites and folders of your sharepoint to relocate the file after relocating the file click the button next to the file click confirm and finally confirm to reestablish the link please note your sharepoint documents will still be readable by govdash if they re no longer linked as the document has already been processed by govdash but any changes within the document on sharepoint will no longer be able to sync from sharepoint to govdash if your document link is not restored some workflows cannot use disconnected documents such as dash which will be shown within govdash when applicable disconnecting your microsoft tenant and account to disconnect your microsoft tenant or account click delete next to either the tenant in the tenant selection window or your account in the account selection window faq what permissions do i need to set up sharepoint integration in govdash you must have administrator level permissions within your microsoft 365 tenant to set up the sharepoint integration what should i do if i don t have adequate permissions if you lack the necessary permissions you should add your microsoft 365 tenant administrator to your govdash team and have them complete the setup how do i connect sharepoint to govdash to connect sharepoint open settings in govdash go to configurations connected services integrations tab click connect sharepoint and follow the prompts to add your tenant can i upload files directly from sharepoint to govdash yes you can upload files directly from your sharepoint folders and libraries to govdash what happens if a file in sharepoint is deleted or moved if a file is deleted or moved you will need to relink the files within govdash to sync them with sharepoint again how can i export proposals from govdash to sharepoint to export proposals click the three dot menu under the actions column in the proposal versions tab and select
