2013 kindergarten science taste for ryleigh s kindergarten the last couple of days we have been working through the 5 senses 1 sense a day here is a fun quick experiment lesson that we did i took little cups and filled them with salt water sugar water lemon water unsweetened cocoa and cocoa with sugar mixed in braeden also partook in the lesson that is why there are so many cups they did not know what they were tasting beforehand by the end we had discussed sweet sour salty and bitter ryleigh taking a sip of the salty i think hilarious and by that i mean for me braeden didn t like the taste either there were lots of giggles during this lesson and i believe braeden laughed so hard he got hiccups and tears which made ryleigh laugh equally hard overall ryleigh liked the experiment but was not interested in repeat tasting to see what others are up to this week check out http www weirdunsocializedhomeschoolers com category weekly wrap up posted by sbswtp at 10 23 am 2 comments email semester a hidden pictures page for fun sight words she is halfway through the primer dolch words this day she did a graphing project from the moffat girls we usually pick a couple of pages from the big first grade book if there is time at the end of our school day the picture of her spanish flashcards did not show up just a bright glare so i took a picture of the binder that holds the cards enjoying the perks of homeschooling doing her sight words comfy style posing for a picture working on her spelling braeden is helping we use this board for both all about spelling and all about
