messages i am getting into my inbox i will post the prayer requests that people have sent and i will be closing my inbox given where i am in my faith journey whether i kept this blog was always a little up in the air i felt like i could in good conscience continue this blog by changing the focus to answering and reblogging prayer requests and the occasional reblogging of resources for mental health disability etc i continued to share some catholic things because i found them interesting or beautiful and i knew that other people would enjoy them i have a sizeable following on this blog and i wanted for lots of people to see these prayer requests and to pray for people it felt like the good and right thing to do but it is clear that a number of people are against this i am not going to overstay my welcome on this blog i am not going to delete this blog at least for now because i would hope that people could still search through the archives and find value from a resource or prayer that i have shared in the past but i will not be continuing on with this blog if anyone would like to stay in touch you are welcome to message me over at orthodoxadventure but for the time being i hospital after coming very close to losing my life last week i feel abandoned by god regarding everything else but he delivered me from death and therefore im feeling very spiritually confused at the moment and alone in the world im not sure why he spared me i can t walk now but i am getting stronger every day so far please if you could be so kind pray i continue to progress medically but most of therock peter i have a prayer request i have been suffering from endocrine symptoms since i went through puberty which was around 7 and i m scared the test is going to show nothing and that it will instead show something for the dexamethasone suppression test which is scary because the main cause of cushing s syndrome is pituitary tumors please pray for me that i do not have a pituitary tumor and its only just because pcos or cah still sucks and can be dangerous pcos cah ncah or both and if i do have a pituitary tumor pray that the surgery doesn t damage any nearby brain cells that the surgery doesn t end up damaging my pituitary gland that i dont bleed severely and the surgery has to stop early or god forbid i die before its too soon or that i only have to take pills or are but something that was a big help to me was just getting in touch with as many organisations charities as i possibly could sometimes resources are very awkwardly spread out and while one charity may only be able to provide you with x another charity might be able to provide you with y and often they have a range of experience and education so there s stuff that one person might know that another doesn t reach out to as many churches as you can also they may be able to help in a lot of ways i know it s exhausting it is a lot of work on top of an already stressful time see if you can find people that can help you with this often times charities can put in referrals for you to places and help you fill out forms and even write letters of recommendation for support services this might ease some of the stress and if you make a fundraiser for some money i would be happy to share it with my followers you can make a fundraiser for anything a few nights in a hotel room now and again to give you access to hot water and a comfy bed a fundraiser to cover your essentials or even to help boost your funds for getting a place to stay even if you just decide to set an amount and then figure out how you re going to use it based off of what you can get saint xenia of saint petersburg is associated with those that are homeless and struggling to find a place to stay there is an
